Costruito nel 2015 è un Villino davvero romantico. Gode di una vista bellissima sul mare, sia dalla terrazza della sala, sia nel giardino della camera matrimoniale, il tutto incorniciato da una vasca idromassaggio esterna in giardino di fronte al mare, uno spettacolo per i romantici. Attenzione, siete su un'isola, può essere che il segnale internet non sia al 100%, comunque per un uso domestico e/o lavorativo di piccole entità funziona bene.. No a call con tante persone!
