Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Costa Rei

We are very happy with our stay in Federica's apartment. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, and represents the strong point along with the care, cleanliness and style of the apartment. The photos and description are true to how the apartment and the area around show up. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, which has been very important to us. Communication with Federica went very well both during check-in and check-out. It is not possible to reach the apartment unless you have a car; in fact it is located in a very quiet area, but in any case not far from the sea. For us who were looking for calm and relaxing, it was the perfect place! Definitely recommended! Thank you.

The view and the beautifully landscaped garden make you feel like you're on vacation. You can enjoy the view very well on the Hollywood swing. If you get up early enough, you can experience a great sunrise! We were there at the end of May and it was very quiet. The house could be well ventilated and we enjoyed the fly screens! In the kitchen, there was nothing missing - spices, pasta, oil, cutlery, coffee, milk, water, aluminum foil, kitchen roll, beach umbrella, etc! That was great and you need to buy less stuff. The only thing missing is a dishwasher! The contact was great and fast. 20min walk to the beach is true, but you have to go up the entire mountain again ~85 meters in altitude and that is very difficult, for example, with a small child/buggy or bicycle in the temperatures. Parking is great and right at the house, as you need the car for shopping. The entrance area has many steps and the house is relatively narrow. The open garden makes up for it.

We spent 4 days in the quiet oasis of Carla. After turbulent days in touristy areas, your accommodation is the perfect retreat to unwind and relax. The surroundings are particularly impressive with their fantastic beaches, but if you are looking for chic restaurants, pedestrian zones for strolling and bars, you are in the wrong place. We enjoyed shopping at the local supermarket (well equipped although it is really small) and being able to use fresh Italian food for cooking. The garden invites you to linger, read and enjoy. Everything is very well maintained, Carla even brought us fresh, self-picked berries and homemade cakes.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. Very nice little beach house with everything you need for a nice beach vacation. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The proximity to the 7km long sandy beach was excellent. The contact with Marcus, the property manager, was great and very friendly. We would definitely come back.

The garden/yard is fantastic. It made the space truly remarkable. I hope to stay here again when I come back.

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

The view of the sea is beautiful. Anna was always attentive and Marino was also very attentive.

Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

The flat is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area. It has good natural light, enough space for daily living, and basic amenities like a kitchen, bathroom, and Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with shops and transport nearby. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

Thomas was very helpful and friendly. The area, the building and the garden was lovely. It was relaxing just to be in the garden, listen to the birds and seeing the butterflies, and watch all the beautiful flowers and trees. The dogs were really nice and funny. We really enjoyed the beach, 10 min walk away.

This place is an absolute insider tip! The location directly by the sea is unbeatable - every evening we could enjoy spectacular sunsets directly from the terrace. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired: everything is modern, lovingly furnished and very well maintained. We would especially like to highlight the hosts Taty and Luca – incredibly warm, helpful and always with great tips about the area. Whether restaurants, excursions or hidden beaches – we have discovered so much thanks to their recommendations! A place to feel good and relax. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in Cagliari. Alessandro’s place was perfect for 2, charming furniture, peaceful, great air conditioning. He responded quickly to messages, helping us find a supermarket locally. We found several gorgeous restaurants, all within walking distance. Excellent all around, highly recommended. A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Stayed 4 nights, 5 days at this apartment and was very pleased. The location is excellent, it was spotlessly clean, and Viktoriia was extremely helpful and responsive. I didn't realize it was a Murphy bed, but it was still comfortable. I really appreciated having the access to a washing machine for a longer trip. I highly recommend!

Wow! Just amazing! Perfect location and easy to find. I will stay here again next time I visit Calgliari. In the historic district close to everything. Just an amazing place to be. Food walking tour and under ground tour all within a 5-10 min walk. Perfect place to explore Calgliari. Do not hesitate to book. My compliments to Ricardo!

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!
