In the countryside on a beautiful estate, it is quiet. The accommodation is faithful to the photos, there is a 160 bed, two small 90 beds, two more small 90 beds and two 90 bunk beds. Some beds should be changed. The house is large, the garden immense. We were well received. Recommended.

We had a great weekend in Seiches-sur-le-Loir in this beautiful home. It is spacious, very well decorated, perfectly equipped and ideal for a stay with others — there were 10 of us and everyone felt comfortable. The garden is perfectly maintained, and the view from the sunset terrace is simply splendid. A real moment of serenity. A big thank you to Matthieu and Nathalie, attentive and warm hosts. We'll be happy to go back!

Denis's place is a little paradise. Impeccable house. All rooms decorated with care, very good bedding in both bedrooms. All the toiletries are at our disposal, as well as in the kitchen. Everything is designed to make our stay go perfectly. And the garden is beautiful. Between the pond and its fish, the small waterfall and the birds is an enchantment. A relax, a good book and the charm works.Denis is a perfect host. He welcomed me very warmly. He is very responsive to requests while remaining discreet. I recommend it without any restraint. We just spent three weeks this summer at Audrey's place. On every point, I just put as many stars as I can! Impeccable house, well appointed, extremely comfortable, nice decoration, all the kitchen utensils available, two bicycles also available, easy to park, etc. The location is perfect, three steps from the Loire and one of the most pleasant places on the river. Nearby, on the square, you find a pastry bakery, a small Auchan (very good), a PMU Librairie and across the street a pharmacy. No car needed for groceries. The nautical club for kayaking and paddle boarding is also within walking distance along the Loire. Walking along the river was one of our main occupations, in addition to cycling with all-round walks. Angers is easily reachable by a quiet and shaded path. I don't forget Audrey who goes out of her way at the slightest problem to resolve. Thanks to her.

very pleasant stay, the house is well arranged, we were looking for a place to meet with friends, it was up to our expectations. the indoor pool is a real plus, the terrace is large and friendly, many attentions from the owner, bottle of water in the rooms, bottle of Saumur and small welcome cake. We had a lovely stay at Raïssa's place. The concept is ideal for a family or couples of friends: each their own sleeping/shower room area, with a beautiful shared living space. Everything has been well thought out, and the quality of the materials and decor makes the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The fact that each lodge comes with a spa is great. Too bad we were not notified of the lack of availability of the swim spa for our stay, the only spa that would have allowed us to be more numerous. We would definitely recommend this villa that offers a real disconnection in a refreshing setting!

Our two families had a wonderful week at this beautiful house near Anger. We were blown away on arrival as the photos so not capture just how much space there is. The house is very well equipped and the pool and garden are beautiful. As we drove away, my daughter asked if we could come back again next year!! Thank you Sonia for being an excellent host. Highly recommend staying here. My boss and his guests, needed a place to crash after the Le Mans 24h race. Perfect location and facilities. Mika the host was amazing and helped us from the start, we would have been lost without his help and local knowledge. He went above and beyond for which we were very grateful.

If you are looking for a warm welcome and beautiful surroundings, I would strongly recommend this place. The hosts could not have done more to make us feel welcome and to help ensure we had the best stay. Nothing was too much trouble, from dropping off bikes for our children to ride during the trip, to helping with the vet appointment needed for our dogs. I don’t think we have ever been so sad to come to the end of a holiday. Absolutely wonderful people and the best of France in an absolutely stunning location

What to say? A splendid, modern and ultra comfortable home! We spent a perfect week with the family, enjoying everything: hot pool, large terrace and garden with views of the Loire, spacious and perfectly equipped kitchen, air-conditioned rooms with impeccable bedding, not to mention the plancha and the very comfortable living room with its huge screen, ideal for watching the Olympics. Communication with Sonia and Samuel was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you!
