beautiful cottage. Exactly as described and photos are accurate. upon arrival in found complimentary fruit amd other fresh items. Sam was always quick to respond and very friendly. I will defiantly recommend Sams cottage. I will defiantly book ot again.

3 of us stayed here whilst attending a conference nearby. We all loved the apartment which was spacious and well stocked. We liked it so much we stayed 2 extra nights. The view of Malabar beach from the living area was lovely. I definitely recommend it - Linda was indeed a super host

Simon’s place was fantastic—everything matched the description perfectly. The surrounding area is lovely, with a big park right in front of the house, making it a great spot to relax. Simon himself was incredibly responsive, quickly answering any questions we had. Overall, a great stay, and I’d highly recommend it!

Situated in beautiful quiet back street. Long walk down side of house to accommodation under main house. No problem for us but might be a little tough if you are not very ambulant. Fantastic walk down to the water through rainforest like vegetation to the ferry. Amazing. From ferry can get anywhere in the bay area. No kitchen or kitchen sink but they do offer to wash any dishes etc. So no cooking. Lots of food extras. Very happy with stay.

Melissa was a wonderful host over our Easter holiday break. She was responsive, warm and welcoming and made sure to give us recommendations for restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s. It’s a beautiful and peaceful accommodation. The natural light adds to the experience and makes the place even more special. The bed was super comfortable and I really enjoyed Sheridan sheets and towels (they are fab!). The kitchen setup is simple but very functional, and with all the food options around, it didn’t really matter we couldn’t cook. You can still enjoy snacks and all that, plus Ryan left us milk and cereal to have in case we needed it, very nice touch. The lounge room is really well done too. The bathroom is spacious and has plenty of natural light all day. I’d definitely come back again ☺️

Very convenient location, close to shops, movie theatre and White Rabbit Gallery. Central station accessible by foot. The apartment is a nice place for 3 people. Good communication with the host.

Jenni is truly a fantastic host who fully deserves her Superhost status. From start to finish, she was extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The apartment itself is spacious for a two-bedroom, very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can really see the care and attention Jenni puts into every detail to make her guests feel at home. The included parking space was a great bonus, and the location is very convenient, with restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, and shops all within a 5–10 minute drive. I would happily recommend Jenni’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and worry-free stay.

The location of Sarah’s place at Rushcutters Bay was perfect for our stay in Sydney. Easy walk to the Botanical Gardens, restaurants in Potts Point. Could also walk to the iconic Opera House which we did despite the sweltering Sydney heat. The pantry was well stocked and Sarah was generous in letting guests enjoy whatever there was at home, which was good to get started. The one thing (which is on the listing) is there is no air conditioning. There are several fans in all the rooms. This was not an issue for us, but could be if the temperatures in Sydney soar. All in all a comfortable stay.

Lovely stay! It is clean and location is strategic - walkable to every places especially darling harbour. The place has a lot of amenities (e.g., dryer) and even rice cooker because we are rice lovers.

Louise is an amazing host. She communicates well, provides detailed instructions and information, and responds quickly to any request. The views are amazing. Plenty of nearby conveniences. Hopefully, the ground floor restaurant re-opens because that would be super convenient.

The apartment was nice overall. The WiFi worked well and was perfect for meetings. The kitchen was well equipped. There were many supplies to use for toilet paper, paper towel, and so on which was very nice. The sink in the bathroom was extremely small but the shower was good. The location is well connected to a bus and grocery store nearby. Overall, I recommend the apartment.

It was great to stay here. The view was incredible and it was so easy to travel around the area for this place. Allan was really helpful and made sure our stay was really comfortable.

Had an extremely wonderful stay at Harold’s abode! His hospitality and friendly nature helps in making you feel right at home! I enjoyed all the heartening conversations with him 🙂 I must also add that his two lovely pet dogs- Luna and Max are a delight to be around; calm and very playful. Coming to the room and amenities, everything is as described in the bnb post and we had no inconveniences whatsoever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, homely and safe place to stay. Thanks once again, Harold!

Perfect place to stay for 1 night. Local to cafes, Bronte Beach and Queens Park. Warm and cosy with extra blankets for warmth. Beautiful flowers on display for our arrival! My favourite touch! The only thing that disappointed us was that we happened to be staying during a time of lots of construction happening on the main road around the corner, so it wasn’t the peaceful stay we were expecting. Lots of trucks passing by. Other than that, we were very content and would stay again.

Such an amazing air b n b! The house is beautiful and has been done up amazingly! Safe and quiet area just by the uni and easy to get the bus into central then trains wherever you want to go! The house felt super homely as soon as I got there and had everything you needed for a lovely stay! Would have stayed longer if it was available- would recommend it to anyone in Sydney!

We had a beautiful weekend away at Cox’s cottage. It was so quiet and the views, especially at sunset, were unreal. It was a great escape from the city to unwind for a few days! The cottage itself is so charming and Jeremy and Annette were very responsive.

Lea was very pleasant and welcoming. The property was quiet and private. The area in which it is located is very lovely. Access was easy and straight forward as per Lea's instructions. The amenities in the apartment were amazing and much appreciated especially after a long international flight. I would not hesitate to recommend Lea's property and would be happy to stay there again next time I'm in the area.

Darren and Ralph's place is as advertised: cozy, central, warm, and inviting. With Central Station and the L in close proximity, we had no issues exploring. Super easy check-in, great communication. The small details around the room gave the space a very homey feel. Darren and Ralph are both very enjoyable humans. They give you your privacy but are happy for a chat. We enjoyed the conversations we had with them. Definitely recommend!
