Holiday rentals with lake access in Council of the City of Sydney

This is our second stay at Jason & Mara’s place and we had a fantastic stay. There is a cool coffee van round the corner near the park, it is a relaxing 10 min walk to the beach. Safe and friendly residential area near to Harris Farm shop & tennis club. Bus stop very close if you need. Jason & Mara super friendly and great people. Highly recommended.

The house was very clean and modern with quality appliances. There were views across the water of the Georges River mouth from the elevated verandas. The owners were friendly and their little doggy was so cute and playful. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Lovely home with all of the creature comforts, amenities & a spectacular view.. right on the Ocean front! Lots of scenic walking trails, and its a short stroll to plenty of cafes.. Cindy was a very responsive, friendly & flexible host.

I had an incredible stay at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Nash was an excellent host, providing clear communication . The check-in process was seamless, and everything I needed was readily available. I especially loved “the balcony with a great view” . Danielle’s place as amazing - so spacious and had such a nice outdoor area. We enjoyed spending time with family here and also loved the location! The house was clean and comfortable! Danielle was a fantastic communicator - would definitely recommend this place for other groups!!!

The studio is stunning! The garden is beautiful and it’s quite close to the lake! Even though the studio is attached to the house, it still feels 100% private! I was stunned by the food in the freezer that we were free to use if we wanted! That was a very thoughtful! The bed was extremely comfortable. This space has been utilised very well! we would love to rebook in the future!

Xiang and Ivy were friendly and communicative throughout. Their place was exactly like the photos and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. A two minute walk to Wolli Creek station and a great choice of restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

We had a lovely 5 day stay - such a quiet and peaceful location - and surrounded by nature. Lovely walk down to the Mosman ferry terminal for a nice cruise across to ciruclar quay (opera house, Bridge etc !) The apartment is a little oasis - well fitted out and such a nice soothing decor. Loved all the provisions and supplies in the apartment (incl 2 little bottles of bubbles !) - and the beach bag etc. Definitely come again Thank you

Very good host, original place booked had plumbing issues 3 days prior arrival, Coco switched us with no issue, good communication, accommodating for early check in. Highly recommend it

WOW. Where do I start? Absolutley blown away with Kenny's lovely studio/ the view is crazy Spectacular/ you have to see it to believe it, with every extra amenity fully provided/highest praise for beautiful location with perfect access to everywhere on ferry bus just a few metres from front entrance and beautiful interesting walkways with more breathtaking views restaurants cafes and places to sit or picnic conveniently available/safe area and so clean. Made my stay best time imaginable. Lived like a millionaire with that view 7 days/nights. You can't get better/ Host Kenny was assuring with easy contact if needed. Absolute value for my money well spent. I highly reccomend staying there and wished I had stayed longer. Made my holiday/visit very happy indeed. Thankyou so much Kenny.

The views are just breathtaking! The photos dont do it justice. Lying in bed and waking up to the view of Sydney is just about as good as it gets. Great location with easy walk to train, ferry etc and nice village feel at the cafes/restaurants etc.

We had a really great stay in this apartment which is in a brilliant location for enjoying Sydney. You’re right opposite the park and marina, short walk from the bus and ferries (our two small kids did these walks fine) and close to Sydney CBD. The included parking spot is a huge bonus. Our medium size car was fine parked there. Everything worked- great TV and cooking facilities etc. Beds were comfy enough and there’s a cute little balcony to sit out on. Great spot!

The place was very good location 20 minutes to take a ferry and see all you need to do in Sydney.

We had a relaxing stay at Mark's place, the location is amazing, right across from the beach and next to lagoon. 2 min walk to shops and 10 min walk to surf club, made it a very handy location. The decor was excellent, Mark has carried out a great renovation on the little beach house, it was very warm and inviting for duration of our stay.

Brendon’s place is beautiful! The view is gorgeous and it was such a lovely stay. The fire made the house especially cosy and we loved having brekkie on the deck enjoying the sun. Brendon is also super kind and helpful. Really appreciated his responsiveness and how he ensured we had everything we needed.

Great spot in walking distance to Terrigal main strip or Wamberal cafes etc. Between the lagoon and the beach and accessible for lots of lovely outdoor activities. Very comfy house with beautiful beds for a wonderful nights sleep. Lovely big deck to relax on even in wet weather. Peter is a fabulous host and we really felt looked after. Nice touches in the house including providing beach towels too. Thank you Peter and we will come again hopefully.

Loved our stay at Richard’s Cottage. It was perfect for our weekend away and great value. Very peaceful and private surroundings. It had everything we needed. Easy driving proximity to the places we planned to visit - The Entrance, Long Jetty, Golf Course/Club and Bateau Bay Ten Pin Bowl. We ate out at the Golf Club, League’s Club and Cafe’s…lots to choose from and relaxed at night in front of the big screen TV with Netflix, Foxtel and other apps available. The back verandah was a lovely place to sit for an afternoon drink and watch the birds. We’d stay again!

We had a beautiful weekend away at Cox’s cottage. It was so quiet and the views, especially at sunset, were unreal. It was a great escape from the city to unwind for a few days! The cottage itself is so charming and Jeremy and Annette were very responsive.

Howard’s love shack was beautiful and cozy, comfortable bed and enjoyed the views and the outdoor fire. Fishing was interesting, wanted to catch a fish but ended up catching a couple of eels. Had a lovely weekend and will be back soon.

Simone's little cottage was a delight. Loved the location. Was very quiet, although one of our nights the neighbours little dog barked long enough to wake us, but didn't bark all night. I would definitely stay again. I would just advise other guests that are use to a King bed that was our only issue but definitely NOT a deal breaker. Lots of options to sleep separately if its only the 2 of you and simone is aware that you need to use 2 beds. We had an issue with the kettle the first night and Simone dropped a replacement down within 5 mins of me messaging her. Her attention to detail was outstanding. Thankyou Simone for sharing your cottage.
