Very comfortable large bed, very clean and as described, with modern bathroom, kettle , microwave, and essentials to get us settled in. Margaret helped us out with a few issues, as it was rather chilly and wet over the first few days and was very responsive. Nice quiet neighbour too and very convenient as we were visiting family. Thank you. X

Our stay was just so easy - a beautiful home with just a short walk to shops, public transport at doorstep with the added bonus of a car spot as well. Selina was a wonderful host, always so responsive and helpful!

We LOVED our stay - the house is perfect. One side of the house is the hosts and the other side is the AirBnB with music studio sound proofing between! Very spacious one-bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette, Faen & JP had fruit, milk, butter, fresh bread and treats for our two Labradors for our arrival and other goodies to use. Very comfortable bed, lovely linen and amenities. The house also has a gorgeous verandah overlooking the park. Its very private but just a walk to an array of restaurants, supermarkets etc. and an amazing coffee shop with an awesome breakfast is a 2-minute walk around the corner. There is plenty of street parking and public transport a short walk away. The house is also fully fenced for the fur babies. Faen and JP were an absolute delight to deal with, could not have done more to make us feel more welcome and at home. Will definitely come and stay again.

Just a great place to stay when visiting Sydney. Steven was a wonderful host, the little unit has a comfy bed, self contained amenities and great Wi-Fi. A short walk to the train station and bus stop means travel times are quick and straight forward. Highly recommended.

wonderful base for Sydney trip with family. relaxed host. everything you need in a small space. we were there in winter but would be lovely in summer with patio. about a 10 min walk to regular public transport. easy but not somewhere you can pop back to many times in a day. more of a start and finish location. enjoyed our time. John had lots of tips for transport etc which meant we could get mobile quickly and get into our holiday. self contained with kitchen so good for cooking for kids and lower cost catering as don't need to eat out every meal. worked perfect for us. private despite being on host's property. would come again x

David was a very welcoming host. He proactively arranged for basic groceries like eggs and bread, which turned out to be super helpful, esp because we were traveling with a kid. Strawberries in the fridge were a life saver. There were also toys for our little one to play with - one of the toys kept our son busy and occupied ;). Super helpful host.

Skye's place was comfortable, memorable and in a fantastic area of the city. I would love to stay here again, it felt like coming home every time we walked through the door

Our family enjoyed a great stay. The property was immaculate. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We could see allot of thought has obviously gone into making guests stay comfortable from the design of the property including the ammenities, linen ,security, coffee pod machine etc thanks for a beautiful space to stay whilst attending our family members wedding.

Olga’s studio was lovely for my first week in Sydney. The apartment was as described, clean and functional. Olga was super responsive, assisted when I couldn’t find certain things or if I had queries, she kindly offered me to use her washing machine if I needed it, which was kind. Location is great and so many restaurants, shops and easy place to get to and from areas. Would stay again! Thanks, Olga. 😊

This historic place in a little known inner ring historic suburb is opposite Cockatoo Island and is full of sandstone houses, leafy streets and reserves on the harbour. It’s comfortable and spacious, like a section of a townhouse with three gorgeous French doors with garden views. It has quality furniture, artworks and classic books, a fully equipped kitchen, an upstairs bedroom and bathroom with ample clothes storage. It’s the sort of rare Airbnb find that you just want to spend months there. If you want to explore Sydney forget staying in the central area. At this lovely leafy location you can walk to the ferry, which gets you to the city in 25 minutes. Getting on the harbour is a must in Sydney. I caught up with friends and relatives at: the Woolwich Pier Hotel - a gorgeous historic pub renovated with original character,; The Deckhouse where you can walk through the reserve and sit next to the water looking towards the city and harbour bridge; and a short walk to Ironwood cafe.

This place is amazing! The apartment has lots of character and soul and you can really tell the effort that has gone into making it homey. We stayed here with our baby for a month and it truly felt like a home away from home. We didn't want to leave. Corinne is an exceptional host and went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, and made sure we had everything we needed for our son as well. The place is very clean and well looked after. We loved that the apartment is facing a back garden with dense plants and trees, like a small forest, which makes it very quiet and private. We couldn't have ended up in a better place for our stay in Sydney!

Our stay at Gary and Jo's flat was very enjoyable. Everything worked out well and they were very hospitable. It was particularly nice to meet both of them and have friendly conversations.

Staying at Emma’s place was truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality over the past few days—it meant a lot to me, especially as a solo traveler. I genuinely appreciated the comfort and care. Highly recommended!

We had a very good stay in the accommodation offered by Sunny. It is well placed to easily access the center of Sydney. Many useful stores and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Sunny has always been very responsive when we needed help and advice.

We had a wonderful stay at Jodi’s. The studio is light and airy and has everything you could need. It’s a fantastic location and so easy to get the beach or the light rail into the city. Jodi and Dan were wonderful hosts and we would highly recommend staying here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s studio. A lovely place which had everything we needed for our stay. Sarah’s studio was close to many shops, restaurants and bus stops. Sarah was great at responding to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Sarah’ studio.

We had an amazing stay here. Super cute space exactly like the photos. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed here. Very close to the ferry so getting into the city was easy and Chris was an amazing host and made our stay very easy. Would reccomend!

We definitely lucked out with this Airbnb! Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He’s also easy to talk to and very approachable. Location wise, there are lots of restos nearby and the supermarket is just down the street so the amenities are perfect! The metro was down during our stay but the bus stops were also very convenient. Lastly, the place was simply beautiful and was a joy to wake up to every morning. Thank you Scott and your family for letting us stay here! We’ll be back for sure :)

Anne and Andrew were very friendly and helpful hosts. Their place was perfect for our needs and an extremely comfortable bed. Lovely quiet neighbourhood and close to ferry.

Nice and tidy. Cute little spot to have a cup of tea outside with the friendly company of kind dogs. Good distance from the station and shops.

My stay at Clare’s place was just perfect. The studio was clean, modern, had everything I needed and the bed extremely comfortable. The separate entrance was convenient and as the place is nestled at the back of the residence it felt very private and secure. 5/5 all round and I would gladly stay here next time I visit Marrickville!
