Logement très agréable où l'on se sent vite comme à la maison. Le logement est très bien équipé. Il se trouve dans un village paisible et pas loin de la station thermale de Brides les Bains. L'accès est facile. La propriétaire se trouve à proximité. Il y a de belles randonnées à faire dans de magnifiques paysages.

A lovely apartment in a very nice village. We were skiing and was very close to everything and easy. Apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Communication was very easy and quick -,we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend

Superb apartment, spectacular views, very wonderful host. All the amenities listed plus much more- very well equipped kitchen. Felt right at home and the lovely deck view, and location in the town of Chamonix was perfect for my family of three.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem auch die Küche) und sie liegt in einem ruhigen, entspannten Wohngebiet. Der Balkon und die Aussicht sind natürlich super und Nathalie war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Annecy und die Gegend hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Rien a redire ! Que ce soit sur le logement, le cadre... Le proprietaire nous a facilite notre arrivee. Pas de stress sur le timing a l arrivee, nous avons donc pu profiter pleinement de cette 1ere journee. Le logement propre avec un panorama exceptionnel ! Endroit au calme, loin de la foule du centre d Annecy. Reposant ! avec de multiples activités environnantes.. je recommande vivement... 😀

Agréable séjour dans l’appartement d’Anouk. L’appartement est propre, lumineux dans un immeuble neuf et calme. Nous avons apprécié également le stationnement devant l’immeuble et le local à vélos. Nous avons découvert Bozel charmant village.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Le chalet était super en tout point !!! Très spacieux, vue incroyable depuis le salon et les chambres et environnement calme et reposant. La salle de bain dans chaque chambre est vraiment un plus surtout quand on vient avec des enfants. À notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé un logement très propre et bien rangé ainsi qu’une literie de qualité. Super séjour 👍

Séjour génial au 427, parfait pour profiter à deux. Le logement est impeccable, extrêmement propre, climatisé et il ne manque rien. On sent que le confort de leurs voyageurs est très important pour Elisabeth et son mari, et cela a été fortement apprécié! Que demander de mieux qu’une soirée apéro jacuzzi barbecue avec une belle vue sur les montagnes ? Merci à tous les deux !

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Annecy! Super easy to walk down to the lake—about a 5-10 min walk to a lovely beach for swimming. Also really quick to get to Annecy for shopping, restaurants etc. either by taxi or bus. The place is so beautiful—very clean and looks just like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard area! Only thing to note is that it did get very hot during our stay in June! No AC and no screens on the doors/windows so it stayed quite hot even through the evening. Other than that the place was just perfect for our group!

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in dit fijne appartement! De ligging is ideaal: je hoeft alleen maar de straat over te steken en je staat op de piste. De bakker zit letterlijk aan de overkant, dus verse croissants en stokbrood zijn ’s ochtends zo gehaald. Het appartement zelf is knus en slim ingericht, met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen week in de bergen. De eerste verdieping is iets lager, waardoor je een beetje moet bukken, maar dat went snel en stoorde ons eigenlijk niet. Alles was schoon en netjes bij aankomst, en de communicatie met Virginie verliep vlot. Een ideale plek voor wie op zoek is naar comfort, gemak en een goede sfeer in Val Thorens. Wij zouden hier zo weer boeken!

Had an amazing time in Courchevel! Conor was fantastic — super responsive, even when I forgot the time and messaged him in the evening. The place is perfect for skiing, with the gondola just a 5-minute walk away and a ski locker that makes everything so easy. Conor went above and beyond what I’d expect from an Airbnb host. He gave great recommendations, provided extra towels, and even answered my sleep-deprived video call when I ended up at the wrong door! Honestly, I don’t want to say too much about how good it was, or it’ll be fully booked when we try to come back…

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Arcs 1600. Le domaine skiable est immense et magnifique. Le logement proposé par Florent était impeccable, confortable, bien agencé et correspondait parfaitement au descriptif. La vue est sublime. Le livret d'accueil envoyé par notre hôte nous a été trés utile. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Dominique. Florent et Dominique sont très accueillants et réactifs. Nous reviendrons très certainement l'année prochaine.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is compact yet highly functional, offering everything we needed. The ski-in, ski-out access was extremely convenient, making our trip even more enjoyable. Check-in was smooth, with very clear instructions. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night’s sleep. The balcony offers a wonderful view, adding to the overall experience. Located inside a modern complex, it was a great bonus to have a ski equipment rental office in the same building. Additionally, the shutters and blinds provided excellent light control, allowing for a peaceful rest. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything. I would strongly recommend this place and would love to return!

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Notre séjour dans cet appartement à Courchevel Moriond s'est très bien déroulé. L'appartement est fidèle aux descriptions et convient parfaitement pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Tout le nécessaire est disponible (linge, cuisine,...). La très grande terrasse est un vrai plus (soleil les après-midi) et la vue dégagée sur les montagnes est parfaite. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Courchevel Moriond d'où vous accédez aux pistes ou aux navettes pour 1850. L'endroit est très calme et nous y étions pourtant en pleines vacances d'hiver. Merci aussi à Karine et à son mari pour la qualité de leur accueil et leurs conseils avisés !

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Yannick und Jerome rundum wohlgefühlt. Sie ist super gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – wirklich an alles wurde gedacht. Man merkt, dass viel Herzblut drinsteckt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit! 🌿
