Great place to stay and was clean and tidy! Responsive and friendly host who helped with recommendations!

We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. A beautiful property in a very quiet and relaxing setting. Hosts provided all of the information we needed. We will certainly return for another visit in future!

We really enjoyed staying here as a group of five adults and 1 toddler. Plenty of room for us all and having 2 bathrooms was really great. The cabin is comfy and cosy, with beautiful views of the Cornish countryside. We used the cabin as a base to explore Cornwall as it is located centrally within easy reach of many popular towns. We loved coming back to the cabin in the evening and using the hot tub and waking up to the very friendly alpacas! You do have to drive up a very narrow and steep lane to reach the cabin but we were lucky that the lane is very quiet and so we never met any oncoming traffic. We would absolutely recommend and would love to return one day.

We just stayed for 7 nights as a place for the whole family to meet up with two toddlers and three couples. The place was absolutely perfect, super clean and really well equipped - the hosts have though of everything we might need. There is so much space and the addition of the extra living room uostairs was really useful. Nice private balconies. The hosts were really caring, informative and responsive. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Amazing host! Great communication, absolutely stunning place to stay went with a family of 8 children and baby included and had wide range of things to do especially for when the weather isn’t as nice , heated pool & jacuzzi & a games room with pool table etc , beaches & activities to do all within a 10 minute drive (shops the same) and a pristine modern place to stay with everything you would need to cook , clean & wash included. Couldn’t recommend more one of the best air bnbs we have stayed in ❤️

This townhouse was perfect for our long weekend with friends. Christine was very responsive and the whole trip was really smooth from start to finish. The view from the rooftop terrace and rooms was stunning too, and there were even some snacks for us to have when we arrived. Would definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely gorgeous house, the nicest holiday accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, very modern and beautifully decorated, it had everything needed for a luxury stay. Really peaceful, we loved the outside space to eat breakfast and afternoon tea, it was private and not overlooked. Communication was excellent, the hosts were super friendly, we easily found the house and got in stress free. It was a good location to get to the north and south coast, only 20 minutes drive to Padstow, 25 minutes to Truro, 35 minutes to Mevagissey. Highly recommend.

We recently returned from an amazing three-night stay at this stunning home and cannot express enough how impressed we were. The décor is beautiful, with every detail in the home reflecting a high standard of quality. As a group of six, the house was perfect for us with it’s fabulous mix of comfortable/relaxing social spaces and split level bedrooms. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful living area with its gorgeous sea views and enjoyed leisurely breakfasts in the lovely dining/kitchen space. The house is incredibly well-equipped, offering everything we could need and more. Although we couldn't explore some of the recommended local restaurants due to being in the local area for a music festival, we wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area in search of a luxurious stay. Communication with Iveta before, during, and after our trip was excellent, providing all the necessary instructions that we needed. Overall, we had an amazing time in this beautiful home!

This property was an absolute gem! Location near the beach and pubs was amazing and Holywell is stunning. Facilities within the house were spot on, everything you could need and more! The BBQ and garden area with the hot tub were fantastic and everything was spotlessly clean. In short an absolutely fabulous Air BnB experience and we would definitely book again. A fantastic holiday home to go to. Extremely clean and all furniture and provisions clearly provided with no expense spared. Wonderful location just 5 minutes walk from a spectacular beach. Best air bnb I have used in 10 years. Polly and Justin have been wonderful hosts to deal with. They have been proactive, helpful, responsive and extremely generous. Family have had a wonderful time and will be back again!

What an amazing find! Utterly private and feels very rural. Even though the lovely village of St Agnes and glorious beaches and towns are only a short distance away! Very cosy and eclectic home with some delicious treats and a bottle of fizz left by Kate and Simon. If you do stay, you HAVE TO use Sunny Spice, whether it’s for takeaway or eat in. Best South Indian food and yummy dosas I’ve had outside of London or Kerala! Thank you for making us so welcome and for the brilliant recommendations of places to go and local eateries.

We felt incredibly fortunate to find Veronica lodge. It was a really peaceful, comfortable and private place for us to stay at for the week, rather than opting for one of the many caravan parks near by. Most importantly my two boys (6 & 9) felt relaxed and slept really well. The place was ideal for our needs and only a few minutes drive from Perranporth. A big highlight for us were the big window in the living room for which we spent plenty of time watching the rabbits or when the sun was out, opening up.

We had a wonderful stay at Nick and Laura’s property. It really does have the wow factor with impressive features and beautifully finished. Our children loved their high bed and being able to feed the chickens and collect their eggs! We loved the location of the property too, a rural location very close to Newquay/ watergate bay or our favourite beach which was Mawgan Porth. Nick and Laura are the perfect hosts, thank you! We would love to come back again :)

Can’t say how happy we were when we arrived here! Perfect location , great hosts and a spotless, beautifully decorated modern home! Great space for our family to spend some lovely time together, including a fully enclosed garden for our dog to enjoy. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking in Perranporth!
