Second time staying here. Love this place would come back again.

This place was absolutely adorable & exactly perfect for our little weekend getaway. The decor is SO FUN & we loved everything about this it! We had everything we needed, plenty of towels & other necessities. It was just a short walk to the beach or a quick drive in to St. Augustine. The location is quiet & secluded. We will most definitely book here again for a future visit. St. Augustine/Cresent Beach is one of our favorite places & now we found our favorite place to stay while we’re there.

I had a very nice stay at the Peach studio. It was just like the photos. Comfortable bed, too. The location was extremely convenient, easy to access everything in St. Augustine. The studio was clean and had everything I needed, and I hope to stay there again on my next visit. Brandon was very helpful and nice.

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay! Keri’s condo was absolutely incredible! The views were breathtaking—easily one of the highlights of the trip. The space was spotless, quiet, and so peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We also loved how many amazing restaurants were just a short walk or drive away. Keri was super responsive and provided very clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in, which made everything seamless. We had such a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to booking with her again next year. Highly recommend!

What a lovely stay right on the beach.! Close enough to easily drive to St. Augustine for all the sites, shops, and restaurants, but far enough away to feel like you're just on a beach getaway. My wife, two medium sized dogs, and I were here for almost 2 weeks while working remote and visiting St. Augustine, and found it perfect for us! You can't beat morning and evening beach walks (very quiet and non-crowded when we went in the winter months) with our dogs. We could have easily stayed for a few months to hide out from the winter! We would certainly come back again.

Our stay was wonderful! The unit is beautiful, clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The beach is a very short walk and so is a great coffee shop and taco stand. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to St.Augustine.

Usually, we leave even great Airbnb’s with some suggestions for easy improvements. For once, we couldn’t think of a thing. Had a wonderful time, and the place was perfect!! Comfortable beds, great layout for a visit with a couple of young kids, and nice design. Hope to stay here again very soon!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities exactly as advertised. The location was unbeatable — just a short 3-minute walk from the door to a beautiful beach with a private gated entrance. It was also only 10 minutes from historic St. Augustine, making it the perfect home base. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Very responsive host! This place was so peaceful. The location was perfect. It's very close to restaurants and other stores(not walkable, but only a 5 min drive). Although, it was located in an older building, the building and grounds have been well kept and the place itself was spotless. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The wrap around balcony was huge. The pool was clean and it was never crowded. This place has tons of space for a nice size family. The oceanfront location is priceless. Im hard to impress, but this place did just that. This will be my go to place whenever I need a mini vacay. Thanks Thomas!

Christophers’s place was perfect for our visit to Flagler Beach. The pool and beach were right outside the patio door where we watched the sun come up every morning. There are many great restaurants a short distance up A1A where some great seafood can be had. I can’t wait to visit again soon.

We were on our way home and needed a place to stay on the way and requested this place and within 1hr we were booked and on the way!

We had an excellent time! The condo was super easy to access and it was a quick 5 min walk to the beach. We also loved being just 10-15 mins out from the main town for night time activities. There were plenty of breakfast and lunch spots locally which was also super convenient. Our host was very responsive and friendly! Overall we would highly recommend and will likely return in the future!!

We loved staying here! The rental was in a great location and a 10-15 minute drive to anything we wanted to do. Bathrooms were stocked with anything we needed and we definitely appreciated the welcome gifts we were offered! We will definitely be back!

This was probably the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! The space was fantastic and location was great. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the bars and restaurants downstairs and the beach close by. Washington Oaks State Park is a must see. Thank you for sharing your home! It was perfect for our weekend away.

Great place to stay . Fun things to do around the area .

Valery's condo was a good location from which to explore the St. Augustine area. This condo is focused on housing more than vacationing, and the front desk made me fully aware of that fact, though as Valerie's guest you have full access to all of the facilities, including the kayaks during business hours. Fishing from the dock in the Matanzas River was fun and my family loved the pool. Remember to respect the residents here and Airbnb guests will be looked upon with favor in the future. Please note, you have to leave the property if you want to smoke as the entire grounds are smoke free. Don't expect to grab a fine, local cigar and enjoy it on the patio! This is a ground floor unit, so watch out for crabs sneaking in while you are looking the other way! They're harmless and hide out in the open air hallway. They're kinda cute. The unit is well stocked with necessities and the walk in closets are amazing! We enjoyed our stay here and were sad to leave. Thank you Valery!

We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

This place was exactly what we needed! Steve was so responsive and helpful. He even let us stay a little longer so the kids could enjoy the pool more before we left. The kitchen had everything we could need. There were also plenty of extra linens and pillows which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and we felt extra secure with the neighborhood being accessible through a guarded security gate. There are lots of great food options around. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a fabulous time during our 10 day stay and Eva's condo at the Hibiscus resort was perfect for our needs. The complex itself is laid out well with plenty of spaces at the pools and hot tubs, and the beach access is great. Eva's condo was spacious, clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were quick to respond to requests and communicated well with us during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. Will not hesitate to stay agian!

great location for a relaxing beach weekend. only one block from the beach, about a 3 min walk! hot tub was a great addition. only about 20 min from downtown. no additional toiletries, only one roll of toilet paper & limited trash bags but the host discloses this before arrival. didn’t use the hot plate but it’s there in replacement of a stove/oven. great stay overall!

We needed a last minute place to stay for an unexpected trip, and came across this place. Great location, not far from amenities. Not much farther to the beach. Place was clean and had all we needed, made for a convenient stay. Pool area was beautiful!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully remodeled Cinnamon Beach condo! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the bright, open layout, stunning ocean views, and thoughtful design touches throughout the space. Everything about this condo feels luxurious yet comfortable. Truly a home away from home. The kitchen was one of our favorite parts. It’s fully stocked, modern, and perfect for cooking meals together as a family. The living and dining areas were spacious and full of natural light, making it a great place to relax after beach days. And speaking of the beach, the views from the balcony are incredible! The bedrooms were cozy and well-appointed, especially the master suite which felt like a spa retreat with its soaking tub and private balcony access. We also appreciated the added touches like a game closet and beach gear, which were so convenient for families. We are already planning our next visit. Thanks for a great vacation!

A great condo for a family vacation! Perfect for our family of 4… comfy beds, was nice to have two bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed. Nice condo community, quick and easy access to the beach, great pool, close to tons of restaurants and less than a mile from the pier. The host was friendly, provided clear instructions, and a great communicator! Would stay again!
