We have stayed at Ocean House going on 35 years and Megan's condo is by far our favorite! It is on the backside of the condominium but it is private, close to the washer and dryer and elevator, and you can see the ocean and the beautiful bay! It has also been very clean as well as simply decorated with plenty of amenities! We will definitely be back here!

Rachael’s place is really nice! Decorated beautifully. The beach is so close. The pool was refreshing and clean. Rachael had beach chairs, fishing poles,extra towels you name it, she had it. We had a wonderful time!

You can’t beat the view from the condo! You can watch the sunrise right from the living room. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pool directly outside of the condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs provided. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

Enjoyed my stay at this cozy beachside condo! The bed is insanely comfortable and the balcony views were gorgeous! Loved the coffee bar area, such a nice touch! Our host was super helpful & responsive! We would definitely stay again!

Karen always responded very quickly from the time we inquired about her condo until we left. The condo was very comfortable and it was close to the pool and beach. It was well-stocked with everything you would need…from dishes to beach towels to a nice selection of children’s books! This is a perfect condo for a family! It’s close to many attractions St Augustine.

Glenn & Kelly’s place was even better than we excepted! Every square inch of this home was clean and spotless. The furniture is cozy and the lay out was perfect for the two of us and four teens. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were so clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and the table was big enough for games and fun! The walk to the beach was a breeze! You don’t need a wagon because there are a lot of stairs and I wouldn’t want my elderly parents to travel that route but parking on the beach looked like a very easy option. We will be back, Really great place!! Good job!!

Apartment C was perfect for grandma, grandpa, kids and grandchildren. Size, amenities, and location couldn't be better. Restaurants and beach right around the corner. Wendy and team were very friendly and responded within minutes. Thank you, especially for early check-in. We hope to come back next year.

Stayed at Todd’s place for my vacation in St.Augustine and it was lovely ! Great place and location very clean and a comfortable bed ! The beach was not far away at all! I will be back and I will definitely stay again at Todd’s place ! He is a great host that provides clear instructions and is very responsive and helpful as well as friendly.

We had a great time! Being so close to the beach, pier and restaurants was perfect.

My family of 4 had a very enjoyable stay at Jillian's. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the pool area and tennis court. Its an easy walk to the beach for sunrises and easy walk to the dock to see sunsets. I loved that they also provided additional beach items such as a cooler, boogie board, chairs, and umbrella. Easy check in and out. I would definitely stay again in the future. We love this area and the condo was everything we needed and more.

This is a great location - easy walk onto the beach, as well as to Publix, coffee and restaurants. Once we parked, we never needed to drive again. This section of the beach does not allow vehicles (which we preferred), and is also dog friendly. The condo matched the description as well as the photos...it was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. There was plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc - we didn't need it all, but it was well stocked. The host is very responsive to messages as well. It was a great stay and we'd visit again!

We’re a couple that does music festivals regularly, and this was by far the best air b n b we’ve ever had. Small, cozy, safe, great location, amazing amenities, friendly locals, and a great host ! It really was the best experience we’ve had.

Super location, a stones throw to any food you could think of! There were bikes available for use which is always nice in St. Auggie, will be back!

Sophia's place was absolutely beautiful, cozy, and very clean! The place definitely felt like home. Ms Sophia was prompt responding to questions. I'll be saving this location as a place to return to in my future.

My husband and I visit St. Augustine regularly and this has been my favorite location to stay at on the beach! The condo is extremely clean and well stocked and the walk to the beach is short and easy, although we chose to drive on the beach and park behind the unit, so we had access if we needed to come back to the room. I will definitely be checking to see if this unit is available anytime we decide to visit the area!

Thanks Lori for a great stay! The condo is beautiful and accurately described. We very much appreciated the beach gear and items for kids to use; it saved us from buying items to use for a few days. Also her kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. I highly recommend her condo!

Jonathan’s place was walking distance from the beach and located in a great community. Additionally, Jonathan was very communicative and responsive. He also provided a guide of local recommendations, which was super helpful in planning the trip!

This place is special, the condo is so perfect to lounge in, comfy furniture, nice tv, big master. We took our boys, 4 and 1, they loved the pool and the beach. The beach is surprisingly nice for being on the Atlantic, almost like a gulf beach. Restaurants are great and less than a mile away. Kevin and Mandy have everything you need to come and have fun, very responsive to any question. Definitely coming back!!

The location was amazing, beach front, hearing and seeing the waves every morning was the best. Eva's place is nicely decorated and very clean. Our family of 4 adults were comfortable in the space. Lots of beach toys/chairs were available. We look forward to going back on our next beach vacation!

This was exactly as described. Very clean and cozy with lots of collectibles and little touches that made it feel like home. SUPER close to the beach. Host was always one text away and very quick to respond. This is a perfect, quiet spot for a quick getaway to the beach. Highly recommend!

This was my second time staying at Abby's place (this time with different family members) and I'd choose stay to here again and again. Everyone was really happy with the condo (fantastic price and location); we had an amazing trip to St. Augustine.

Terri was a wonderful host! Her condo is situated just 10 minutes south of downtown St. Augustine, which provides the best of both worlds: proximity to shops , restaurants and attractions, but also a quiet beach side retreat. The condo was well appointed and clean with everything you need (from small appliances to beach gear). We loved the direct beach access, pool, gated community, and stunning view.
