In the summer, it has an adjacent field of wild flowers; in the winter the ski shuttle bus stop is right in front of the house. Enjoy epic sunsets from the hot tub on the deck. Downstairs has 1 bedroom, upstairs has 2 bedrooms. Sleeps 8 w/futon bed in the master bedroom. Privacy and comfort, semi-secluded while still close to town and world class mountain biking.

Cozy house located in historic district of CB at quiet end of Elk Ave. Located in ideal spot right opposite Rumors coffee/book shop, close to many award winning restaurants & independent stores. Free bus to mountain only a block away. The house is quaint & cozy & has a European feel. For larger groups or longer stays there is another house (airbnb number 20882391) that rents for 30 nights or longer. A huge saving as no tax is due on rentals over 30 nights.
