The Loft is a detached house with a garden and closed and private parking. The single-story living (with only one step down to the bedroom) allows you to live on the ground floor in front of the garden. A second bedroom equipped with a 90 bed in the attic, lit by a skylight, can accommodate one person. The kitchen is equipped. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. "Pioka" Loft Art & Surf

Loft on the floor of a scenography, graphic design and other workshop, in a wooden house on the edge of the village. We accept rentals per night (excluding weekends, 2 nights min) throughout the year except in summer (July & August) when we prefer weekly rentals, with arrival on Friday (other on request). Amenities nearby and within walking distance, beaches, surf & dunes within 2 km. You will appreciate this space for its originality and location.

"L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation" located at the entrance of the Quiberon Peninsula near beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Wild Coast, Great Dune Site, GR34...). Hello and welcome aboard this lovely attic studio, perched on the top floor of this beautiful 1939 "Ti Melen" Carnac house. Ideally located between beaches and megaliths. Once you're settled in, its theme will let your imagination run wild, extending your experience of our beautiful country. We'll be happy to share our favorites (restaurants, shops, walks…). New apartment built in 2021, adjoining our main residence, it has a separate entrance and parking. Access to the apartment via an independent external staircase. Three-room apartment, with living room (two-seater sofa bed)/open and equipped kitchen, bedroom with bed (160 x 200) and bathroom. It is located in a quiet area, close to hiking trails and forest, 3 km from the beaches and not far from major cities (Auray, Vannes, Lorient...).

Studio, one room, new and modern, in the heart of a small village surrounded by megaliths, a few minutes' walk from the forest and hiking and a few minutes by car (5 min) or by bike (rental available in Kerhilio) from the beaches. Quiet and relaxing, you can also practice your favorite sports! Surf spot, kitesurfing, boarding, sea kayaks, wing foil, just minutes away! Side lanyard, paddleboard, swim, walk by the sea, bike and so on!

Take off thanks to this cozy studio ideally located 900 meters from Sainte-Barbe Beach. Discover this charming little village of Morbihan, very rejuvenating between land and sea, allowing you to enjoy multiple activities (hiking, cycling, horseback riding, water sports) throughout the year. Thanks to its south-facing exposure, enjoy a soothing view of the sea horizon, a real invitation to escape and relax.

Ideally located, close to Carnac, La trinité sur mer, Quiberon, Erdeven (surfing) close to the Gulf of Morbihan, this Breton house is ideal for your holiday or weekend... The house is perfect for couples and families. On foot, in the center of town, you will find an excellent bakery for your breakfast, a grocery store, a café and the daily press. It is reserved for tenants and only for them.
