We enjoyed our week here. Vincenzo was great with communication prior to and during our stay. You will likely need a car to stay here but you need a car for Sardinia anyway. It was a 5-10 minute drive into Alghero and was quiet and peaceful

We had a great 1.5 weeks in this beautiful accommodation as a family with 6 adults and 4 children. The contact with Jean Charles from the moment of booking to the last day we left home was excellent. Jean Charles is a great host, thinking along, responds quickly, super friendly..in short a real host. The accommodation itself is equipped with all comforts and even a lot of extras that make your beach visits or pool days extra relaxed. There are even toys for children and games for when you want some entertainment in the evening. We will definitely come back here!

We SO enjoyed our stay here from beginning to end. From the excellent communication prior to check in, Luisa's welcome as soon as we drove up, to the comfortable villa, to the end of our stay, we felt very at home here. the beds, the linens, the sofas... all very comfy and homey. We loved the area and hope to return soon. Thank you!

House with good amenities. Very good cleanliness and very beautiful kitchen. Although the listing mentioned a jacuzzi was not available. The village of Aritudea although small is cute with some buildings of interesting architecture. The best beaches are some distance away (between 30 and 40 km). The nearby beaches are not very interesting.

We stayed here for 8 nights as 2 couples. It was so comfortable and joyful. We worked remotely for 2 days, the internet worked fine for all of us. Giusy was so helpful, we tried all of her suggestions about beaches and restaurants, all of them were perfect. She was available all the time, she replied immediately to our questions. The pool is big enough and clean. The garden is huge and peaceful. It is better to have a car to go to the beach and to Alghero.

Our guide Antonio was very accommodating. Was always there and helpful. The apartment is beautifully located. However, you need a car. For shopping and dining. In the village, there is only one pizzeria and a small shop with fresh bread rolls and fresh vegetables, etc. The beach can be reached on foot via a long staircase. But you need your own parasols. Or take a pool vacation. Like us. It was a peaceful, beautiful vacation. We can gladly recommend the apartment.

We had the most amazing stay at Piera's home. She had a delicious tray of local Sardinian bakery items, fruit bowl, wine for our arrival. The view of the Mediterranean sea and coast is breathtaking. Piera has many beautiful flowers, plants, and trees. Her home is very special, lots of space with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, towels, bathrobes, washer, A/C, wifi, dishwasher, and kitchen. Walking through the garden to the beach is also special. We explored the area, hot springs in the Tirso River at Fordongianus, outstanding trip to the waterfalls at Cascata di Sos Molinos, ancient archeological site at the Sacred Well of Santa Cristina, hike to S'Archittu, dinner at PachaMomma, kayaking, listening to the bells on the sheep while they graze on a mountainside near Santu Lussurgiu, exploring the villages. Piera, Mario and family are wonderful people who ensured we had everything and more for our stay. Thank you so very much for hosting us and making us feel like family, Piera!

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. It is very nicely decorated and privately located. The check-in went smoothly and very easily. Veronica was always available for questions and immediately helped us, which we perceived very positively. All in all a highly recommended place to stay. Only the pool was not heated - unlike the description. But that didn't bother us, because the pool is really very nice. We will be happy to come back.

Dolly was very attentive and always available. Ideal location for excursions, but a car is necessary. The small market nearby is great and also offers pastries for breakfast. The evenings on the terrace were great! We had a very nice stay at Dolly's. Thank you

We had a fantastic stay in Alghero at Candida’s apartment. The location is perfect right inside the old town with great shops, bars and restaurants within a few steps including seafront restaurants 3 mins walk away. The apartment was in a beautiful historic monastery building with a lovely rooftop terrace and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Candida was super helpful with lots of local recommendations which we tried and were always great. She was also very responsive with any enquiries or extra requests we had during our stay. We would highly recommend the apartment and hope to return in the future.

The apartment and garden are fantastic, very close to the beach and local restaurants. The hosts are very helpful and nice and the little things they have provided are a real pleasure! And the two turtles in the garden were very loved by our children :) Thank you very much!!

Super cool place to stay in central Sardinia with all amenities, warm welcoming host and a road away from Barumini and other attractions

We spent a very nice stay at Dario house. the appartment looks exactly like the photos. The environment is beautiful and well maintained. It is easy to park your car. You also have access to an area outside the studio with a beautiful table and 2 chairs. You will probably also have a nice welcoming from the dog Giulleta.

Daniele is efficient and kind. Beachfront accommodation in the coastal area with blue sea and sandy bottom. Beautiful panorama. House complete with every need and Daniele available for small additions in the kitchen.

We loved staying in an 18 century tannery with a great view to the picturesque town of Bosa and its castle.. everything is in walking distance which makes it easy. Some great rock formations exist not too far from Bosa on the coast. The weather and sea were a bit wild during our stay which made room for great walks, but unfortunately no swims. Maria was a great host.

We had a nice time at Sabrina's! Thank you for the good communication, the many great tips and the helpfulness. It was very relaxing in the beautiful garden. If we needed something, Sabrina was immediately on hand to help us. Definitely a recommendation for people who like country life, peace and quiet, and chickens and cats. The most beautiful beaches are about 30-40 minutes by car and there are very good shopping opportunities for fresh products from the region, such as fruit, meat, fish, vegetables, etc.

We were very kindly and openly received by Gianfranco. He gave us a tour of the residence and took the time for a pleasant chat. During our entire trip, he was always available for questions or tips, and we could go to him for extras we needed – such as a large bread knife, for example. The accommodation itself is exactly as in the photos, but we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is in real life. Ideal for four adults! Everything was neat and clean, and the location is wonderfully quiet. The swimming pool is a real plus! The location is also great: just a 15-minute drive from Alghero airport and a perfect starting point for exploring other towns on the island. We only did the northern part of the island. Highly recommended – thank you Gianfranco!

Sara's villa is a great place to have a good time with family or girlfriend. The property and incredibly large, as well as the pool. There is a lot of space inside the villa, so there are plenty of retreat options. The villa exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be happy to come back. This is not least because of Sara, who is a great hostess.

We had a delightful stay at Elvira's house. It's a beautifully designed house in a quiet spot in the hills with incredible views. It has lots of nice al fresco dining spots, a really nice pool, table tennis, and 4 good sized bedrooms. The sun room near the pool is also great - our kids enjoyed playing in there with the various toys and games that they found. We ended up spending two of our days just at the house all day as we liked it so much. We ended up parking at the bottom of the path for most of the stay as I found it more comfortable than driving up the steep path each time, though we did take our Nissan Juke to the top of the path on the night we arrived. I'm sure plenty of people are happy to park at the top, but you have both options. Elvira was very friendly and welcoming, having met us when we arrived to guide us and give us a tour of the house. We had everything we needed and had a really relaxing and enjoyable week at the house - I'd definitely recommend it to others!

From the beginning, we felt at home with Maria and Stefano. Check-in was possible earlier, as agreed. Both have always been very interested in knowing whether we are satisfied with everything. From various recommendations for restaurants to tips on how to get to which beaches, both were always at our side on request. It is particularly great that each room has its own bathroom and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. In addition, an open kitchen with plenty of seating inside AND outside on the shady terrace. The pool and garden are very well maintained and you feel like you are in a botanical garden. The property is close to a central transport link, but is absolutely quiet, you live in the middle of a huge villa or garden complex. In short, there is hardly anything left to be desired for a relaxing and restful holiday. A great family vacation with the kids. Many thanks to Maria and Stefano.

The house is very well maintained and the person who welcomed us was fantastic from the first contact, until the time of check-out. Availability, courtesy, cordiality. For those passing through Tuili (perhaps for a wedding in the nearby and prestigious location of Villa Asquer - 5 minutes' walk - or for a quiet weekend) I highly recommend staying here: the pool is very clean, really fantastic. And the whole place is well furnished, well cared for, clean and welcoming. In addition to being spacious (being two large floors). I only recommend greater timeliness in communications via AirBnb, or, alternatively, since the owner does not live on site, to leave a telephone number of an available contact person, to have greater speed in communications (often essential for the organization of times and movements in view of weddings, in fact, which are often held in the village). We'll definitely be back!

Gabriele’s accommodations were nestled into a quiet property with great amenities for families. The pool was refreshing on the hot days! Close to the airport and easily accessible to Alghero, it was the perfect little getaway. Highly recommend - great host and very responsive.
