Perfect for small families or groups of friends, the house is simple but at the same time very nice, well-kept and welcoming, everything is new! The strong point of the house is the large panoramic terrace, exceptional for outdoor living and to admire part of the town, the valley, the sea on the horizon and warm sunsets.

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Historic Erasmus

The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We thought of the spaces so as to have 2 separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , dimensions and materials . The room in the attic, accessible from a spiral staircase, overlooks the harbor. From the hall the glimpse that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a sea corner. The light is everywhere

Abbiamo terminato da poco un accurato restauro di questo appartamento dotato di ogni confort e con aria condizionata per l'estate. Le antiche pareti in pietra danno alla casa un fascino particolare. Non c’é la terrazza ma le 3 grandi finestre del soggiorno offrono una vista mare con tramonti spettacolari!! Nel cortile c’è un angolo di relax per ammirare meravigliosi cieli stellati . Nella grande CASA ROSSA CI SONO ALTRI DUE AFFASCINANTI APPARTAMENTI

New apartment with high quality finish: two double bedrooms, one bathroom and living area with a kitchen equipped with all comforts, dining table, sofa and TV. Each room has air conditioning. The outside patio is equipped with table and chairs: a large common garden and a private barbecue are available. We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
