Al 1 piano una camera con due letti singoli, una seconda camera matrimoniale, un bagno, e se necessario, una seconda cucina. Completa la casa un'ampia terrazza al secondo e ultimo piano

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Camera da letto con un letto Matrimoniale alla francese e armadio con ante scorrevoli. Nel bagno è presente una doccia , sanitari sospesi, un Phon e una Lavasciuga. Un patio con giardino dove poter mangiare. In tutta la casa sono presenti le Zanzariere

New apartment with high quality finish: two double bedrooms, both with private bathroom and living area, an open space with kitchen equipped with all comforts, dining table, sofa and TV. Each room has air conditioning. The outside patio is equipped with table and chairs: a large common garden and a private barbecue are available. We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.

The spaces are dedicated to the comfortable use of an open living space communicating with a creative space of Sardinian craftsmanship and an architecture studio. The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .

Ci si arriva dopo aver lasciato la strada principale e percorso breve sterrato in buone condizioni. Presente zona barbecue, area recintata per cani e ampio giardino con parcheggio. Adatta per famiglie e gruppi.

It consists of two independent two-room apartments: Twin 1 and Twin 2. All amenities are in the neighborhood, from the supermarket to restaurants, to sea-view bars for breakfast or for an aperitif at sunset. The rooms are cozy and perfectly equipped.
