Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

A complete oasis of peace. You are completely spared from everyday stress and annoying people. You are completely private. If even locals drive by/going by, they can't see anything. The house and surroundings are simply a dream. I can only recommend it for those who would like to protect their privacy and love nature. You could expand the kitchen utensils a little but you can cook great despite it. We were there for 5 days, I wish we could stay longer. Mr. Tarkan was very helpful and was always available. The pool was totally clean and beautiful. Long talk briefly, I highly recommend it.

This is our second time renting this place! On our second arrival, we liked the house even more. Every corner in the house is thought out by a caring hostess. If you want to take photos with amazing views and relax like in your home, then you definitely need to come here. We'll definitely be back. We had our second stay four years apart. As usual, Mr. Necdet was kind and helpful. The house is the same as in the pictures. No problem in terms of privacy. Very close to the center of Kaş. It offers both a quiet evening and a lively night with its proximity to the center of Kaş.

Extremely happy we were able to book Togla’s house last minute. A very beautiful quiet area with amazing sunsets, but still relatively close to Kalkan and Kaș if you have a car. Amazing inside and pretty outside. Definitely recommended.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)

The hosting of Ms. Betül was great, the house was clean and tidy, it was close to many places in terms of location, among the places we will visit again

The apartment is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Kas and not too high into the hill to make the walk hard, but high enough that the view from the balcony is outstanding. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The living room was comfortable and a good place to hang out in, as the weather during our stay was a bit cold. We would definitely return if we visit Kas again.

Apartments have very plesent interior. Great panoramic view from terrace and even from the master bedroom. Jacuzzi works like a charm. Only one thing need to consider — house stays along the road. And at the night it could bit not comfortable for those who prefer to sleep in the absolute silence.

We had a wonderful stay - 2 families, with kids aged 5 - 15. At home, the kids loved the pool and the table tennis, and the views are lovely across to the sea. The Kalamar beach club was great, just 10 minutes walk downhill from the house and they give you a ride back up the hill at the end of the day. The food isn't cheap but staff really helpful and the sea trampoline was so much fun. Kulube is a really beautiful spot too - less set up for kids but they were very happy snorkelling and swimming. Our trip to the sandy beach was also stunning and hardly anyone there in early June. A couple of things to be prepared for: the pool is very deep, and you have to watch over kids in the hot tub at all times (as per the house rules). Our daughter slipped under and got her hair caught in the filter - we quickly got her out but I say this to emphasise the need to keep watch! Max is a very good host and the local staff who maintain the villas were great. We got fresh bread delivered every morning.

We had the most fabulous holiday at Villa Narnia, and Selma wad the most fantastic, attentive and helpful host. The villa was luxurious and had everything that we needed, the pool and outside terrace areas were just divine. We often just opted to stay in as we loved being in the space so much. We were a family of 5, me and my hubby and two kids and also a grandma in tow. We also loved that we were not all on top of each other, as house / living areas and bedrooms are spread across 4 floors. Really special place and we will be back!! We had a car and my mum would walk into town and get a taxi back, as it quite a steep hill walking back up, but it’s so super easy and also cheap!

Suzanne’s place was a wonderful vacation house for family reunion. We had wide age group from 5 to 82 years old and few teenagers, everyone enjoyed the stay. Suzanne’s place was fully loaded for cooking a big sıze family we mostly cooked at the house, house is also 5min walking distance to the sea, we had morning walk to Kulube beach club and swim in the crystal clear Kalkan water. The place has so many private spots in the house , so everyone also enjoyed their quite serene times either on their private balcony or terrace. Suzannes place was decorated very tasteful, we enjoyed every spot, it had also so many books and board games for every age group. Our younger kids enjoyed the infinity pool did not even want to leave the the house. There was no dull moment, day trip to patara, kaş , kaputaş and kalkan cıty centers were also highlights of our trip. We certainly think Suzannes place for next year family vacation. The villa is even better than the photos.. Great location and amazing scenery. Due to villa's location on the hill, the house benefits from the breeze and is definitely cooller than central Kas and Kalkan. The staff communivated well and was very responsive for every query and need. We enjoyed our stay very much and I highly recommend this villa for everyone.

Very good villa, which corresponds to the pictures. In any case, you have privacy and everything is clean and tidy. Some criticisms for us would be that the pool was not heated and on some days was a bit too cold at the end of May. The path to the villa leads over a gravel path, which could be upgraded. But otherwise, if you have rented a car, really a very nice villa and a nice landlord with Arif. Gladly again.

It was a very pleasant stay. We had the opportunity to have a holiday in the most beautiful part of Kalkan. Mr. Özer helped in every matter. All kinds of equipment that may be needed in the residence are available. There is a market near the site. At Patara Resort, a minibus departs every 15 minutes from the site stop at the entrance to the pool and beach. The pool and its own beach are clean and beautiful. We dived with snorkel from time to time and enjoyed it very much. There is sea water in the pool. We also had a good time in the pool. If possible, we will prefer to stay here again in the future.

Very nice, tastefully furnished villa, equipped with all the important things. Clean, in a very nice environment. The road to the villa is a little steep, only accessible by car.
