The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

Although perfect for us, its tranquility may not suit all.

House is located in the center of Novalja, close (cca 7min) to Zrce beach bus stop, Plodine supermarket , Cocomo club, many restaurants and fast food places, city beach Lokunje is cca 5 min walking from the house.
