The apartment is located a few meters from Lake Maggiore in a characteristic village on the border with Switzerland. It is a two-room apartment consisting of a kitchenette plus a bedroom with a double bed and two single reclosable beds and an en-suite bathroom. There are also two balconies overlooking the lake equipped to eat outside. Il Grottino

The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small independent house consisting of two rooms: on the ground floor the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower, on the first floor the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with large garden for guests. It is 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno.

The house has been in our family for generations. The small apartment was expanded in the 70s and continuously renovated. The large garden is part of it and offers plenty of space for all kinds of things. It is nestled between Lake Maggiore and Monte Lema, on the edge of the village. The house is a good starting point for hikes in the green, untouched valley or for biking. By car, it's 10 minutes to the lake.
