The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

Amazing stay and perfect location! The apartment is out of a story book. Pristine and so comfortable. More than enough room and 3 bathrooms! What a luxury for 4 people. The host has thought of everything. Only sad we didn’t stay longer. Will be back.

Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

The apartment is very clean and spacious for our group (5 ppl). Everything is kept in an excellent condition and we had a fantastic stay. The location is about ~20 mins walk from the train station but it’s quite walkable. Alberto and his team are very responsive! The apartment ran out of coffee capsule and washing cap upon our check in and they immediately replenished them. Certainly recommend this place to those who travel to Como.

This place is conveniently located near everything one may need during their trip and most importantly, the host is amazing (responsive, accommodating, and polite).

This is my third time staying at the apartment- I only ever want to stay here when I come to Milan. Its beautiful, has great walkability and the hosts are always so helpful.

We had a great time here. Easy transfer from Linate. We let Andrea know when we were on our way from the airport and he met us in the reception area of the apartment. The apartment is enormous with plenty of space to chill out. Quirky old vintage decor. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook for ourselves easily. Air con was very welcome. Close to the center with all main sites in walking distance. Metro not far away for other tourist sites. It is a little pricey but worth it for the proper beds for 6 people (there was a 7th single bed we didn't use). With 3 bathrooms there was never a queue for the shower. Washing machine was great. Clothes dried on the balcony super fast. Iron was good but ironing board very flimsy (I guess I'm the only weird person who irons clothes on holiday). We had a lovely stay and made good memories. The house has an excellent location x view and also x get around being practically in front of Monte Isola. Matteo is a delight, he always responds and also in a timely manner to every message and if there are problems he does everything possible to solve them. I recommend everyone to stay this house, you will not be disappointed.

Very impressed! Host was great at communicating and offering recommendations in regard to dinner which we took up! Once the bus route was established it was easy to get to and from town. Property was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

This property was incredible with absolutely stunning views that took our breath away. When you wake up, you can look out and see Bellagio across the lake, a truly unforgettable sight. The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a group of eight. Deborah, the owner, was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor space was large and perfect for relaxing while soaking in the lake and mountain views. The location felt very safe and walkable, though it is on a hillside, so be ready for an uphill walk. The quiet, narrow roads and passage ways were great to explore. The walk can be a bit challenging, but the views make it more than worth it. Taxis are also easy to arrange if needed. Menaggio was the perfect place to stay, charming, peaceful, and a great base for exploring Lake Como. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay here! The bedrooms were very clean, each room had AC which is a luxury a lot of times and the bathrooms were spotless. Almost felt like a lux hotel but nice to have 3/4 rooms connect as it made us feel at home. Sergio was an amazing host, providing us with breakfast and cappuccinos daily. Everything was delicious we wish we could’ve have stayed longer! So we will definitely look at coming back!

Accommodation located at a height offering a breathtaking view of Lake Como. Everything was functional or quickly became functional. A little cleaning would have been an undeniable plus. The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
