Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cuyahoga River

A terrific place. This was our third stay. State of the art — fully equipped, well maintained, comfortable furnishings and beds, picturesque location. Very pleasant host. One of the nicest Airbnbs among the dozens we have visited from coast to coast. Highly recommended.

As advertised! My family and I felt right at home. The attention to detail checked every box. When we visit Hudson again, we will plan our trip around the availability of this property.

Bill was a great host! His home was cozy, clean, and had everything you could think of! We stayed at the house to be closer to our wedding venue and it was a very relaxing environment! Will be staying there again in the future!

This was the second time we stayed at this location. We cannot say enough how great this rental is!! Everything is spotlessly clean. The fenced in backyard is great. Rob keeps the pool and hot tub in pristine condition. The fire pit in the back yard is great to sit around at night. We were very lucky to have perfect weather the entire week and were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub every day. The location is central to all the wineries and covered bridges. This year we were able to meet Rob when he stopped out to clean the pool...what a nice guy...really enjoyed meeting and talking with him. This is a definite 5 star plus location. The only negative thing and is something that Rob and Cassie have no control over, is the constant barking of the 3 large dogs in the adjacent yard. The only positive thing about them is that you will not need an alarm clock as the dogs will wake you up precisely at 7:30 every morning. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay!!!

What a charming house! Great place to stay if you’re visiting CVNP. You can walk to downtown Peninsula to enjoy antiquing, good coffee and a few restaurants. Overall the house is great and as pictured. The TV is nice and large, WiFi is fast and reliable. The home was very clean when we arrived, and the hot tub is nice! The downstairs bath is a bit tucked away and the only shower is the claw-foot tub (as described), which was a bit small. Beds are very comfortable. It was so nice to have a high chair available for our daughter to use. Overall this was a nice place to stay and we had a great trip!

Simba's House was a great home base for us while we met with family in nearby Chardon for a few days. The home was clean, well-stocked with anything you could need, and all instructions were clear. We enjoyed the ample parking out back, the comfortable living room, and the porch swing. The location is perfect -- just off the Burton square, and within walking distance of a few restaurants (we enjoyed dinner at Warren's Spirited Kitchen and mornings at Coffee Corners). We also stopped at the Chamber of Commerce log cabin and picked up some maple syrup goodies. Overall, we had a lovely stay at this convenient location and would highly recommend Simba's Place!

Nice cozy convenient location for myself & my granddaughter's first visit to Cleveland. Apartment offered all the comforts we needed, including the two very comfortable beds. Dave was quick to respond anytime I contacted him which was appreciated. The only drawback was the parking due to street construction & the driveway being too narrow to accommodate my full-size SUV with another vehicle parked in the drive. Overall we enjoyed our stay & would recommend Dave's place for a nice quiet comfortable stay!

Super kid friendly and unique Airbnb. Tons of toys, books, and pool table. Heather was very welcoming and the house had lots of sweet touches like honey from their bees and a sign about the bedroom furniture being from her loving grandma’s home. Loved the place!

Host Mama’s place was fabulous! The house had everything we needed and more. It’s in a perfect location close to everything. Host Mama was kind and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

On the banks of Lake Erie, this beautiful spot is somehow undersold. The two bedrooms, looking out over the water, are impeccable, the whole house adorably decorated, and the spacious backyard perfect for catching a sunset. Cannot recommend more.

The Summer Kitchen was such a perfect place for us to relax on our rest day during our Ohio to Erie bike trip! The bed is most amazing and the setting is just the so restful!

We had an incredible time! The winery nearby was walkable and had great food and the view was amazing! Jody’s place was very clean and had every amenity we needed. The beds were super comfortable and we felt right at home.

I was in need of cabin in the woods. A quiet getaway in a remote location to relax and disconnect from my normal day to day. This was just that. Close to town so you can still do some sight seeing and activities, but when youre at the cabin you feel secluded. It was comfortable and clean. Supplied with everything you would need. Comfortable bed. Jucuzzi tub, and cozy atmosphere. Enjoyed sitting outside in on the rocking chair in the morning drinking coffee while listening to nature and sitting outside around the campfire at night. My family and i enjoyed our time.

I booked this for my bridesmaids and I for the night before my wedding. The cabin is beautiful and so clean. Alissa left us some snacks and toiletries in case we needed something. She was very friendly and always checked in to make sure we were okay. We went for a walk to the lake and the neighbors were all waving and saying hi to us. It was honestly a very friendly area and we felt safe. The cabin had beautiful interior natural sunlight which was great for getting ready photos.

Was in town for a baseball tournament that ended up getting rained out during one of our days. It was super nice to be at the cabin than hotel. Felt like a nice little getaway! The cabin was clean and cozy. Perfect for relaxing. Dale was communicative and able to answer questions timely! A perk was the winery right there and being able to try new Ohio wines. Would recommend to anyone, and would love to come back in the future!
