The accommodation is a separate guest part of the house with a private entrance. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. A large terrace faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own disposal over the entire terrace. It is possible to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but can be rented for 150kr/set. Cleaning is not included in the listing.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
