In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik / Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a terrace & view of Lake Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is a jacuzzi outside and sauna down in the bathroom. If you come more than 4 people, there is you can sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the big room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Please treat my house with respect.

Not least all the nice Dala villages, fishing in the river, the beautiful mushroom forest, hiking, paddling, biking, etc. Avesta Golf is "our neighbor" and you have the golf course at a convenient distance from the property. In summer, we recommend "Verket" and "Avesta Art" where you can experience the magical mix of history, art and modern technology. Med förtjusande utsikt mot backarna från balkongen på högsta våningen och poolområdet som ligger precis utanför. Under sommaren finns pool och padelanläggning brevid lägenhetshuset. Två sovrum med kombinerat kök och vardagsrum. Bastu, kamin, torkskåp, privat parkering, wifi och smart TV. Det finns parkering med laddstation för elbil utanför fastigheten.

I närområdet finns flera sjöar och fina fiskevatten, möjligheten att plocka bär och svamp, vandra eller varför inte ta en tur upp till ”rännbergs toppen” (vandringsled upp till en närliggande bergstopp)
