House holiday rentals in Dalton

We rented Diana's place for a girls' trip (8 of us). The location was perfect, about 12 minutes away from downtown Chattanooga, and minutes away from grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants in St. Elmo. The house was thoughtfully decorated and designed- super spacious for a large group to spread out. We enjoyed the outdoor entertaining area with the clean pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Would absolutely recommend!

Our home away from home! Our third stay in Amy’s fantastic house! Everything is so well kept, has everything you need including an amazing, heated pool, and is in a fantastic, gorgeous location very close to town, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets. We look forward to coming back to our TN abode our next time in Chattanooga! Thank you, Amy!

We absolutely loved this place. It was even better than the pictures. The decor was amazing and fun. I loved all of the fun paintings and artwork throughout the house. It was spacious, with plenty of room for all 6 of us. The 3rd-floor patio was super cool. We loved the proximity to the riverwalk and we took advantage of that and rented bikes and rode several miles one day. It was a short drive to the Convention Center and downtown as well as really close to Lookout Mountain and other restaurants. I would definitely recommend this to others. Jenna was very responsive and helpful, though we had no issues during our stay. Worth the money!

We loved our stay here. Great for a large group! We loved the views of the mountainscapes and sunsets. The hot tub and fire pit table were a hit. While the surrounding neighborhood may not have been traditionally "touristy," we didn't encounter any issues during our stay and felt safe. We had an issue with gate and, even once we fixed it, Jeremy still stopped by to ensure it was working. He and Brittney were quick to respond and very helpful. We would stay here again!

Great little getaway on a beautiful calm quiet lake. the house itself also has a lot more space that it appears to have in the description.

Location was quiet and had ample space for our family. Having to walk upstairs to the bedrooms might be a challenge for someone but they also provided an air mattress. Will definitely book here again.

My favorite Air BnB stay to date!!! Teresa and Mike were wonderful hosts! They provide everything you need to feel right at home. The location was great for visiting Chattanooga but far enough away from the city to have some peace and quiet! The pool and hot tub were well maintained and a pleasure to enjoy! I highly recommend and plan to stay again if we ever visit the area again!

Excellent place to rest

Shelly is an amazing host. She was extremely proactive with details about directions to the house, instructions during our stay and local recommendations. It was clear that she genuinely cared about our stay. She was also extremely responsive with any questions before and during our stay. The location is private. The house is spacious and clean with everything we needed during our stay. We competed in Ironman 70.3 and the location was ideal. We have also stayed previously in town and it’s just too busy. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch watching the deer out front. Highly recommend!

Krista was very proactive from the moment we booked our reservations. She was helpful to our clinic in making sure we knew all we needed to know before the stay. She offered for us to come take a look at the place before the arrival of our Relief Vet. Dr. S says she very much enjoyed her stay. The place was exactly what she was expecting - quiet, peaceful and close enough to get out for necessities and meals but in the 'country' enough to enjoy the solitude after a long day at the surgery table. We would definitely consider booking with Krista again; Dr. S says she will stay there should she be back in town for another visit.

The Quintana House was a great place to stay for a larger group. My softball team traveled 3 hours to Dalton for a tournament and needed a place that could sleep 7 people. Kim was very nice and proactive in her communication and the home was spotless! One of the cleanest AirBnBs I have stayed in, and the complimentary snacks and drinks were a thoughtful touch. The home is located a short drive to downtown Dalton with plenty of restaurants and local shops. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying!

Tony’s place was exactly what my family and I needed. He was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. The house was nice, and I loved that everyone had their own space to hang out in.

This was truly a peaceful place! Everything was as described and there were so many personalized touches that made this property unique - there was a welcome basket including items made in Georgia, smores kits/wood, detailed information on the property, recommendations in the area, and many ammenities (pantry/kitchen, bathroom, and laundry items that make for an easy stay)! We enjoyed watching our neighbors - their cows - grazing in the pasture every day! The scenery is so beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again. Great place to relax and recharge!

Had an absolutely amazing time staying here. It was beyond our expectations. The house itself is incredibly modern. You feel like you’re living inside a magazine photo. Every day we were sitting inside, we could see the farm animals grazing. In addition, the location is perfect because you are just a few minutes away from the main Ellijay city center with tons of restaurants and cute shops to explore. However, whenever you come back to the Air bnb, you feel like you’re in a rural oasis. All of this doesn’t even mention how amazing it was to be able to interact with Ted himself and his farm animals. He allowed us the opportunity to feed them, tour the farm, try some of their produce, and generally get an idea of what it’s like to take care of a farm like their’s. They also have multiple other properties on site in case you have a large group of people. Ted himself was everything you could want from an Air bnb host: friendly, positive, helpful, and responsive. Can’t wait to be back soon!

Wow—this place completely exceeded our expectations. It was even better than the photos, which is saying a lot! From the moment we walked in, we were in awe of all the thoughtful details and beautiful design. Every corner felt curated and intentional—clearly, the hosts put so much care into creating a comfortable and inspiring space. They truly thought of everything. From the generous snacks, and quality soaps, to the ultra-comfy furnishings, it was the kind of place that makes you feel instantly at home (and also kind of want to redecorate your own house). We genuinely took notes. The property was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and full of thoughtful touches—and the hosts were wonderful to communicate with throughout our stay. The outside was a true peaceful getaway with so many places to sit and drink a quiet coffee or just enjoy being in nature. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for something special. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Very clean and comfortable. Hosts are pleasant and responsive. Location was great for us. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Place was definitely what needed for the weekend. Enough rooms and beds to accommodate everyone. Kitchen was equipped enough to handle our cooking requirements although we did bring some ours to meet the bulk of what we were cooking. Beds/mattresses were comfortable we all slept well. Thermostat can be adjusted to our liking. If you can provide hot pads and placemats to protect the dining table that’ll be great and u may wanna replace the can opener 😀! Overall perfect stay for the weekend!

Angie was an amazing host. We came for a funeral and angie was very understanding and flexible with guests and checkin/checkout times. House was very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfy as well. Despite our circumstances for visitinv we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
