And when you’re done running around you can relax by the lake (when the water is high in the summer months) or enjoy a romantic evening by the indoor fire place

We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Lakefront property, remodeled with private dock - Sleeps 8. Located in a premier fishing cove. There is a water trampoline & floating pad that are available from May-Labor day. Close to Pt Marina & Dandridge. Easy access to Knoxville, Sevierville, PF, Gatlinburg and Asheville. The home features 3 Q beds, twin, & 2 sofa beds. Enjoy the fire pit, and arcade, after a day at the lake. Fishing poles, SUP, 2 kayaks, & life jackets are provided. No water at the dock Labor Day - May.

Dandridge Hangouts

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located unit. Has open floor plan and large kitchen. Bathroom has been recently remodeled. All mattresses and bedding are brand new with 100% cotton sheets. Oversized, super comfy reclining leather seating. Our open layout makes this unit a great setting for game night, big meals and big FUN. Tv in every room and 5g free internet. Charcoal grill provided, Bunks are Full size beds. Guest must be 21 to rent.

Stay cozy in our Dandridge cottage—5 min from Douglas Lake launches and close to Cherokee Lake too! This updated 400 sq. ft. miner’s cabin has a queen bed, sofa sleeper, WiFi/Netflix, new bath, and kitchenette. Great for couples, families, and tournament fishermen with room to park your boat. Just 10 min from I-40 and 25–45 min to Knoxville, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Clean, safe, affordable, and away from the crowd

A Stay On Brentwood

This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.
