Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Souterrain Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Euch erwartet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett, ein modernes Bad und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Bei schönem Wetter könnt ihr draußen auf der Terrasse entspannen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres bewohnten Einfamilienhauses. Wir leben hier als Familie mit Kindern. In nur 5 Minuten seid ihr in der Natur – perfekt für Spaziergänge, auch mit Hund. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transportation (RMV). In our street (approx. 3-minute walk), the bus runs every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached in approx. 10 minutes, it runs every 15 minutes. Darmstadt central train station is less than 2.5 km away. Likewise, the connection to the highway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.

Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.

Two families of friends had a dream. They wanted to create a vacation home in their homeland, the Odenwald, where guests feel completely comfortable. Thus, two modern, ecological wooden houses were built, which are furnished with a lot of love for detail. They are located right on the edge of the forest and from the terrace you can enjoy a wide view of the Odenwald low mountain range.

Very quiet apartment. All rooms have large windows. In summer it is nice and cool and in winter it is cozy and warm. The kitchen has complete equipment. Wi-Fi and a TV are available. A parking space directly at the house is also available. Super nice grounds for walking, hiking, riding and cycling are right outside the door.
