Our fifth stay here, so you can tell how much we love it! Comfortable cottage is lovely peaceful surroundings, well located to explore the Suffolk coast and surroundings.

I had such a lovely peaceful few days here. I was working nearby and wanted a base that would be quiet and comfortable but also easy to access and leave. Everything about this place was really lovely. It had everything I needed in terms of a simple kitchen set up, comfortable bed, very comfy sofa. It was extremely clean and clutter free. Easy to get in and settle in. Charlie and Milly were very accommodating with an early check in which made my arrival more relaxed ahead of work. The space was much more spacious than I expected. Lovely views of greenery out of every window and so quiet. Parking right outside so easy to unload. I didn't explore the area as I was working but it felt nice and remote and in the middles of the countryside but I passed some little cafes and shops nearby.

I've been here before and love the location, very quiet and peaceful. Ray's a great host and his family too. I would highly recommend this.

This was our second stay at the lovely Rivony Annexe, we enjoyed it so much. Christine is such a friendly host and has thought of everything to make Rivony such a perfect place to stay. The items she left for us in the kitchen were very welcome, including lovely fruit. Yoxford is a great base for exploring areas of Suffolk such as Minsmere, Aldeburgh, Woodbridge etc, as well as local places such as Black Dog deli and the Antiques Centre. Christine also gave me good advice as I wanted to get the train to London for the day, which I did from Darsham station as she suggested. The weather was beautiful and I spent a few evenings sitting outside Rivony in the little garden enjoying the peace and quiet (and the visits from the friendly next door cat!) We absolutely love it here and can't recommend both the property and the local area highly enough. It's perfect and is everything you could wish for in a place to stay for a lovely holiday.
