The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Ihren PKW können Sie auf der Straße vor dem Eingang zur Wohnung abstellen. Leider können wir im Interesse anderer Mieter keine Haustiere akzeptieren.

It can accommodate 3 to max. 4 people and has a bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofa bed in the living area. The small village of Dattenberg is located above Linz am Rhein and is known for its castle of the same name and wine growing. Many hiking trails wind around Dattenberg and tell the history of the region.

Spacious vacation accommodation on the Rheinhöhe, Roniger Hof district. The apartment is designed for 2 people and is located about 2 km from the historic old town of Linz am Rhein. The Franziskus Hospital Linz is within walking distance. It has a separate and barrier-free entrance, a covered parking space and parking spaces for bicycles are provided. It's a non-smoking apartment! Unfortunately no pets are permitted.
