This property is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable! We loved our stay. There was plenty of room and having so many bathrooms was definitely a plus. This was a great home base for our Cornwall adventures!

Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

Very lovely place, me and my girlfriend stayed here for a weekend and had no complaints. The host responded quickly and the property looked exactly like the photos. All the extra little touches like the fire wood, slippers, eggs and etc really made us feel welcome. Overall we really enjoyed our stayed and would happily stay here again.

We had the most wonderful time.The location of the property is great for exploring and the setting so peaceful! The pictures perhaps did not do it full justice as it was even better!being in a bath over looking the countryside was next level! Clare was very clear on the whole process of how to get to the property,check in,ideas for places to visit and things to do.The personalised written message and goodies are special touches that mean a lot so thank you!cannot praise everything about our stay enough!we hope to be back!X

We had a beautiful week at The Cart Barn, beautiful location with beautiful views and a private garden which was perfect for our pooch! we spent most of our evenings watching the beautiful cows out the garden! the hot tub was a lovely addition and the barn had everything we needed to make ourselves and our dog feel at home! Some great recommendations in the welcome book and from the owners of local things to do! Will definitely be returning in the future! :)

Tranquil, beautifully converted barn. Extremely comfortable and very welcoming. Perfect for a break away from the rat race!! And Davina’s gluten-free lemon drizzle cake is amazing!! Thank you for a second very enjoyable stay!

What an amazing stay! It was everything we were hoping for and more. The cottage had everything we needed and also some nice personal touches too. It was so relaxing sitting in the hot tub, listening and watching the birds . The weather was a little unsettled for us but not a problem, as we could sit in the summer house, and look out at the lovely view and our neighbours the sheep! Claire was very responsive with messaging and will look forward to visiting again soon. 🙂

Erik’s place is exactly as described. It is a tranquil and restorative location perfect if you want to get away from it all but also perfect as a base for exploring north Cornwall. Erik is a great host, friendly and responsive. I can’t wait to stay again!

We had a wonderful time at this peaceful countryside cottage. The setting was tranquil and relaxing—perfect for a quiet getaway. Katie was a fantastic host—very welcoming and thoughtful. She even popped in to check that everything was okay and assured us we could reach out if we needed anything. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a calm and cozy environment!

Thank you so much, we had a wonderful few days stay. Puffins was beautiful and you really have thought of everything for a comfortable stay. The place was spotlessly clean, bright and airy. A fantastic base for the many amazing walks, the beach was incredible, a short walk away, and we loved the Port William pub, lovely food, views and very dog friendly. Such a beautiful find. A wonderful location, lots of lovely places to eat in the harbour. Moments from the beach and short drives to lots of places to explore too. The cottage was so much bigger than we had anticipated. The garden was great for our dog too. Thank you so much! X

Really lovely cottage and fab location for Trebarwith Strand. Within easy reach of lots to do in North Cornwall. This was our second stay with our two dogs. The garden is properly dog proof and secure which is rare. We will be back for a third time 😊

Had a very nice 2 night stay in this beautiful cottage. Exceptionally clean through out and great value for money. The host was very responsive and even managed to get us in a bit earlier. Hight recommend.

We only had 36 hours in Cornwall. Ian & Allison’s cottage provided the perfect Cornwall experience. Very comfortable and well equipped. I felt I was stepping back in time. Incredibly lovely area and we explored some area gems in our short time there.

The house was very clean and had everything we required. The beds were very comfortable and it wasn’t too hard to park the car on the driveway. Nicola was helpful and friendly in her messages. The local pub could be considered pricey but they were extremely welcoming and the quality of the meals was excellent. The coast is within easy reach.

We had a lovely time. Loved the area to let the dog out..she was a bit too keen on the chickens ! Had a great run on Saturday morning and the games room was a hit with my partner and his son. Can really recommend the farm shop down the road for extra supplies . We also appreciated the cream tea on arrival

A stunning and impeccably appointed cottage right in the heart of St.Teath which is brilliantly placed for exploring all the North Cornish coast. The interior is beautiful, and it’s spacious and yet so cosy. You could easily host a family of 6 and every detail has been thought of. Comfortable beds, beautiful linens and the kitchen has everything you need. It’s literally a Cornish home from home and I couldn’t fault it in any way. The log burner was especially a treat and we loved the Easter bells ringing out at the Church next door. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bell Cottage to anyone!

Had a wonderful stay at the cosy cottage this half term. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside and we enjoyed hearing the mooing of the farms cows and walking down to Crackington Haven on the coast path, where there is a lovely beach, couple of cafes and pub. The cottage itself is lovely with sumptuous furnishings and it really has a lovely feel with fresh autumnal flowers and homemade flapjack. Has everything you need for a family hols. we stayed at this beautiful cottage with our 2 year old and absolutely had the best time, the cottage was just as described and more! so spacious, peaceful and well equipped, cosy soft beds, cot and highchair, and loads of hot water for baths. Alison was so helpful as host, she went above and beyond to supply a few extras to us during our stay and was always available if we needed. a really lovely private house thats near to the most beautiful bits of Cornwall for easy day trips. highly recommended and we hope to return. thanks Alison and family!

A very warm welcome with flowers, scones and strawberries was much appreciated after a long journey. The cottage was perfect for our needs, homely and comfortable. Views from the deck were a great tonic as we had a busy week with a family wedding. Would not hesitate to return if visiting Cornwall again

Great find tucked away so extremely quiet and peaceful. Perfect location to go off exploring north Cornwall. Sonja’s communication was great and happily showed us around the cottage and was available if need be. A great stay!! The cottage is basic and the decor is rather oldy worldy and not at all modern but it was really clean and had everything we needed. Milk, tea, coffee sugar provided too. We had our parking too. Note: that the driveway is extremely steep up and down to the cottage and parking! Great value for money in the heart of Boscastle walkable to the harbour, pubs etc and would recommend for a basic friendly clean bolthole. Thanks Sonja.
