Monthly Rentals in Davis

We had a great Memorial weekend stay in Davis at the Pelican Cottage! It's a perfect location to be within 30 minutes of both Morehead City/Beaufort area as well as the Cedar Island ferry to Ocracoke Island. We explored both of those things over the course of 3 days, and we ate a lot of great local seafood! Cliff's place is small and remote enough to feel the peace and quiet of a coastal NC town, while also providing enough amenities to make it worthwhile. Also, our dog loved the area too, especially walking around Ocracoke Island. This place is well worth it!

We had a great stay. Everything was as listed. It was nice to have a long bathroom sink and hooks in the bathroom for towels. We spent time outdoors while we were there. We drove to Harper's Island, Beaufort, and Fort Macon while we were there. All were fairly close.

Fell in love with the place! It was cozy and we all felt right at home! It is right near a ferry access point and the local neighbors are super friendly and welcoming! If I could have, I would have booked more nights there! 10/10 would recommend!!! Also I love how pets are welcomed at this place! If previous pet owners stayed here, I definitely wouldn’t have known with how clean the house was!!! Overall! I loved the place.
