Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Die gemütlich eingerichtete 2,5 Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock an einer ruhigen und sonnigen Lage in Davos Platz. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Paare oder kleine Familien. Sie verfügt über einen sonnigen Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Jakobshorn und die umliegende Umgebung. Wir legen weniger Wert auf Modernität oder Alpentradition. Dafür umso mehr auf Gemütlichkeit, Wohlfühlen und Sauberkeit. Ankommen und sich zu Hause fühlen ist unser Motto.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Whether winter or summer - you can benefit from the numerous leisure activities at any time of the year. Skiing and cross-country skiing in the cold season as well as hiking and mountain biking in summer. The nature and unique landscape invite you to linger and enjoy.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Studio Brämablick in historic Villa Dora

Small but nice! Centrally located, but absolutely quiet. The studio is newly built and furnished. The room is bright, with a beautiful view of Brämabüel and Jakobshorn. The comfortable sofa bed can be opened and closed with a handle, so that a comfortable and cozy living room is available. A coffee maker and kettle are available in addition to a stove with an oven. Microwave and freezer in a separate room. The garden can be used.

Stylish and cozy studio in Davos

Central and modern studio in the heart of Davos. Ideally located between the two ski resorts Parsenn and Jakobshorn. The apartment offers everything for a short trip, but also for a longer stay in both winter and summer. Free parking! Tourist taxes are included and there are no additional costs. Public transport can be used free of charge with the personal guest card and there are other discounts/rebates.

Here you can relax in absolute tranquility in the mountains and really unwind. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and is therefore ideal for families. If you are here by public transport and have no ride, I will drive you by car 🚘 to the corresponding valley station. For example, Grüsch/Danusa, Madrisa or Gotschna train station and will pick you up again.
