A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Welcoming and responsive host. New and modern apartment, comfortable, well furnished and well equipped. The bedding in particular is excellent. The pool is a good size and very pleasant when it's hot. Ideal location of the apartment: ocean and beaches within walking distance. Nice shops, bars and restaurants 5 min by car. Very cozy, modern and consistent in every way with the photos. The location is an asset, with the proximity of the lake, shops and the beach. Perfect bedding. And the best part, a garage with a very steep slope (be careful). Too bad the cleaning is extra, but especially very expensive. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Beautiful stay in the heart of the Landes. The accommodation is as in the photos with a large terrace, nothing is missing, everything is planned to welcome you. Just bring your little bag of clothes, that's perfect! The ocean, the golf course, the swimming pools right next door, if you have little ones, they'll love it ;) Lots of restaurants for foodies by the ocean. This stay was too short to explore everything, I will definitely come back. Thank you to Arthur who is a perfect host, very considerate, excellent communication and also very warm. The stay went very well, in a large campsite with lots of activities available. At the very beginning of the season so very quiet and pleasant. The location of the listing is ideal with a nice view! The directions to our arrival were very clear, we picked up the keys from a lockbox without any problems.

The village of Hastingues is nice to discover, quiet. Just remember to take a good mosquito repellent, the proximity to the gaves brings some. The place was lovely and so peaceful! We had a great time in this beautiful area. The accommodation is very well equipped, quiet and without any vis-a-vis, a real jewel in a green setting. Very nice renovation 🙂 Location. With two young children, we were able to access the lake, restaurants, skatepark and village by stroller. Bike paths are also accessible right next to the house.
