The home was clean and comfortable. Felt like I was just in my own home. Nice to be able to have use of the garage many places do not offer that. The property is well maintained.

Beautiful and clean home, accurate description and great location. Perfect for those traveling with dogs. Lots of things to do and Ormand Beach is absolutely beautiful and super close to Daytona Beach. Definitely would recommend and will stay again next time we travel down there with our dogs.

Beautiful home walking distance from the Ocean. Matched description. Very clean and organized. Responsive and kind host. My one critique is as a visit with 4 adults and 2 children for 4 nights we only had one additional roll of toilet paper and one additional trash bag that led to us having to buy some. We did not message our host, if we did I'm sure he would have gave us more. I also understand people tend to take extra things, but maybe two additional for longer stays and more people would be nice.

Was perfect for the reason we were in town. Peaceful area and centrally located. House was clean and tidy and host was very helpful

Absolutely wonderful stay with gorgeous views. Easy to find and to check in. Watched a wedding ceremony on the beach, multiple cars get stuck lol, picturesque sunrises, an incredible thunderstorm encompassing the resort and then Crabby Joe's (the restaurant on the pier-walkable-great food and atmosphere!) followed by a double rainbow, and not to mention the sunset views to the west from the corner of the balcony.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Rayer’s place for the weekend and it was a 10/10 experience for the both of us! Her place was extremely beautiful, and talk about a view. We spent most of our time on the beach and eating at local restaurants. I will definitely be coming back and staying here for our next vacation.

This is such a cute little gem right on Daytona Beach and just down the road from downtown Daytona & every restaurant you could possibly care to visit! My boyfriend and I booked a last minute trip for Memorial Day week and it was perfect. I’m sure it gets busy at times, but the beach wasn’t packed like I expected! We really enjoyed the walkability of Annie’s place— we walked to almost every single place we wanted to go. There were plenty of things provided at the condo like trash bags, coffee & filters, toilet paper & paper towels, dishes for 2, beach towels, etc. It was also VERY clean upon arrival which is super important to me. Annie provided local recommendations for activities and restaurants which were all very considerate. I especially appreciated the little things, like the tinted balcony windows, a dehumidifier, and extra sunscreen & toiletries. This was a great place to stay and exactly what we needed for a last minute getaway! We hope to be back next year :)

Everything was as mentioned and much better than a hotel room. The coffee amenities way more than expected. Comfortable bed, quiet AC, great bathroom. Everything was perfect!

This Airbnb was great! From the amazing views to the sounds of waves crashing! The host was always responsive and helpful with questions. The room itself was clean and came with several amenities for use. The best part of this Airbnb was how close it is to the beach! It was fun to people-watch and see dolphins in the mornings. The only downside to this stay was the damage from the hurricane is still present but if you can get over that it’s a perfect place to stay! Would recommend! And would stay again!

Heidi’s place was amazing for my girlfriend and I’s vacation to Daytona Beach. it was minutes from the beach and there was so much to do right in the area. would definitely stay here again!

It is a great place to stay right next to the beach. A lot of great restaurants nearby. A very quiet apartment where you can enjoy mornings sipping coffee from the beautiful balcony. Only issue was the slow WiFi but that kept us outdoors for our 1 week stay. Great and responsive host with clear instructions. Would love to stay again next time. Cheers

The apartment is exactly like the pictures! Beautiful, overlooking the beach. It is very clean, beds are super comfortable and kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. Our host was super friendly and ever offered an early check in at no additional cost. He recommended things to do and we ate at every restaurant he recommended, all the food was delicious. The building the apartment is located in is a bit run-down but don't be discouraged as when you walk into this place it feels like you are in a different dimension - it is peaceful and beautiful. I would recommend and stay again!

The condo was very easy to find with ample covered parking. We found the condo-community to be a very family friendly, quiet place to stay. The condo was very clean as were the common areas. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy with clear, easy-to-read instructions. The condo is also a very easy walk to a convivence store and restaurants. This will be top on our list for future visits to New Smyrna Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Florence’s beachfront Airbnb in Daytona! The location was absolutely perfect - right on the beach with breathtaking ocean views. The condo was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we could have asked for. Florence was incredibly kind and responsive from the start - she made sure we were fully prepared for our stay and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her hospitality truly made our trip even more special. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back again!

This was a great stay! Heather was extremely responsive and quick, which made the stay extremely comfortable! The place was in a great location right on the beach and walkable to restaurants. Easy to get into and very clean. I would recommend!

Our stay was wonderful and this condo is beautiful. Exactly as described and pictured. Probably even better. Bed are amazing ! Best part of a good stay is the beds and all 3 were 10/10. Loved the space, the view and the beautiful decor . I would recommend all day long and I would also return to the building and this condo. Easy parking, lots of great upgrades being done to the place. Pool super nice salt water and nice and warm. Lots of chairs to sit on and rented umbrella and loungers on the beach multi days. Loved that they provided beach chairs and boards from the common area for my son to use which made the waves even funner. Overall a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much

Great place facing the ocean. Have stayed in the building many times in other units. Heated pool, hot tub and ocean view. Walking distance to many restaurants and fun stuff! Couple updates could be done inside, the sliding door is extremely hard to open, wear and tear on some items. This happens when you have many guest in and out. Ultimately we had a great time like always! It would be hard for more than two people i think but if you had to squeeze it in you could.
