My cosy house is located in a monumental building from the 2nd world war that is rebuild into great houses. The house is located in the dunes only on 3 minutes walking distance from the beach. There are a few restaurants in the direct area. The boat to the islands is only 5km from the house. The house has 3 levels and 2 terraces. 2 large bedrooms and a beautifull bathroom and kitchen. The train will bring you in less than an hour to Amsterdam, but who will need Amsterdam in this great place?

Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken zoals een Finse Sauna, 2 moderne badkamers met regendouche, 4 ruime slaapkamers, een patio met picknicktafel en woonkamer met ruime 8-persoons hoekbank en eettafel.

We, a family with 4 children (10, 13, 16 and 18 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Een heerlijke plek om samen te ontspannen en eropuit te gaan voor strand- of boswandelingen. Het huis beschikt over een voor- én achtertuin met terras. Extra ontspannen? De houtgestookte hottub is optioneel bij te boeken (tegen meerprijs). Geschikt voor max. 10 personen. Binnen 5 minuten sta je op het strand van Petten of in de Schoorlse Duinen.

The Sandepark is a quiet and green holiday park about 600m from coastline. The wide sandy beach is great for beach recreation: swimming, surfing, fishing, kite flying, blockarts and paddle boarding. In the immediate vicinity of Groote Keeten, you can find beautiful walking and cycling routes through beautiful nature reserves.

On the quiet Wadden Sea beach is a windsurfing school. Close to two villages with supermarket and restaurants. On the terrace of the house is a barbecue and fire basket. The house has French doors and has all the comforts. Separate space with table football and table tennis!

In the kitchen there is a fridge with freezer, hot air oven with microwave and dishwasher. A playground is directly across from the house. The sandy beach is 1.8 km away, up to the dunes 800 m, Sparmark 200 m, 2 e-charging stations in the park, small swimming pool and washing machine in the neighboring park.

Enjoy the fresh sea air, the beautiful nature, the dunes and the sea. Our cottage is located 50 meters from the beach and in the center of the cozy village of Callantsoog. Also very suitable as a base for the cities of Schagen (10 km) Den Helder ( 15 km) Alkmaar (25 km) Amsterdam (55 km). All easily accessible with public transportation.
