In the cottage, you live a basic life, close to nature in a beautiful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, newly planted food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, cat, chickens, walking duck, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There is a wood-burning stove.

Fancy a day in Groningen city? Jump on the bike or take the direct bus from the busstop located 5 mins walk from the guesthouse.

In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly in order to preserve the estate, it has been decided to partly convert this into an atmospheric B&B Come stay with the cozy hostess who welcomes you and makes your stay as comfortable as possible.

At Camping 't Veenmeer there are many amenities and from the chalet you can dive right into the lake. The Drentsche Aa National Park is located opposite the campsite and offers plenty of hiking and biking opportunities. In short: enjoy a nice luxury!

Welcome to our guesthouse. In Tynaarlo you will find peace and space. There are plenty of cycling and hiking opportunities in this beautiful area. You will stay in a cozy guesthouse with a bathroom and kitchenette including fridge and induction hobs. The silence and the lovely bed will help you start a new day rested. You can use our large natural garden behind the house. It is wonderful to sit by the pond with the storks in the background.

Beautifull chalet/tiny house near "Drentsche Aa"

Our small chalet lies in the middle of the most beautifull nature of the Netherlands: the National Park of the Drentsche Aa and the Unesco Geopark of the Hondsrug, on a very quiet camping. It is furnished light and harmonious. The house is suitable for couples and singles, not for children. Overnight stay with 2 persons maximum. No pets. Non smoking (except on the terrace). De Hofstee

Geniet van groen, rust en natuurgeluiden in deze in scandinavische stijl verbouwde koeienstal. Met prachtig uitzicht over ons voedselbos kun je de hele avond genieten bij de knusse kampvuurplaats. De zonsondergang kleurt de lucht terwijl vogels zingen. Struin door het weiland en spot wilde dieren. Een plek om gewoon te 'zijn', weg van de drukte. We verwelkomen je graag om onze plek buitenaf met je te delen!
