The house is beautiful! The rooms are very nice. The photos are as shown in the listing. David was super nice to us and gave us suggestions to do. Since we went in winter it was very cold and going by public transport to Amsterdam was a little uncomfortable so we took Uber. With better time the location would not have mattered so much as they leave you bikes 🚲 and you can go take public transport by bike.. etc. otherwise we really liked it, we were super comfortable, and very good hosts. Thank you! :)

Very nice place with alot of nature around and some playground for kids, peaceful and great for cycling!

From the minute we arrived we felt right at home, thanks to Kim and her amazing team. An extremely pleasant combination of hospitality and efficiency, and all in a beautiful setting, with very well maintained facilities - we were a group of 9 people and we lacked nothing in our spacious and comfortable apartment - and plenty of recreational opportunities for young and old. Highly recommended, where we hope to return soon!

We spent a weekend in Daisy's beautiful cottage and felt very comfortable. Coming to Amsterdam by train works so well and fast. In the evening, we found it very pleasant to return to this idyll. We would love to stay with Daisy again at any time.

I stayed for 2 nights with my daughter. The place was close enough to Amsterdam but still in the countryside, which we enjoyed. It was peaceful place in a great location. We drove in the morning to the Metro station (There was plenty of free parking), and in 1/2 hour we were downtown Amsterdam. Happy with my choice. The place was spacious for 2, well equipped, warm, and welcoming.

Amazing place - beautiful, clean, nice decorated, every small detail is done with love and passion. Completely equiped with all you might need. One of our boys counted that there were 70 towels in the bathroom. Beds are comfortable, nice view from the window. The location is perfect - 2 mins from the bus stop, restaurants, supermarket, plus a private parking spot. We were more than lucky to find this place. The hosts are very charming, helpful and warm people. And we loved their cute dog Katia :) Probably this is the best place that we have ever stayed and for sure the best hosts.

Very nice apartment in a very peaceful area. Two bedrooms with big twin beds and private parking spot. Carmen, who handled the practicalities was very polite and quick to answer our questions. The apartment is far from public transport and grocery stores etc. so you need your own car.

Karin’s place outside of Amsterdam was a lovely stay. It is more out in the countryside so travel to the city requires a 20 minute walk, a 15 minute bus ride, and a 15-20 minute train ride, but it was very easy to navigate. The area is beautiful and quiet. Karin’s place is very spacious, clean, cozy, and well equipped for anything you might need. Checking in was easy and we were even welcomed with a fresh pastry and a glass of white wine. Karin’s communication is excellent and I rarely waited more than a few minutes for a response. Everything is clearly laid out on a booklet inside the place that includes restaurant recommendations and transportation information for getting around the area. The place is very comfortable and the private deck in the backyard is a nice touch. The town that is a 20 minute walk away was well equipped with a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area and want a more quiet stay outside of the busy city.

Beautiful accommodation 😍 We were pleasantly surprised by the terrace (which was not in the photos) and the view from the terrace, apparently clean and very well-equipped kitchen! We will certainly come back because our stay was very short and we did not enjoy the activities nearby enough. I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at this accommodation in Vinkeveen. The apartment is even more spacious and bright than the photos showed. The decoration is neat, the sofa and bedding very comfortable. The accommodation is very well equipped: functional kitchen, nice bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, dryer, linen provided, etc. Everything is designed for a comfortable stay, whether for a few days or longer. The real plus is the private terrace overlooking the water. A beautiful place to have coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening at sunset. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing, and Amsterdam is easily accessible in 15 minutes by car, allowing you to enjoy the city while staying in a quieter setting. Frederique is a responsive and welcoming host. I would definitely recommend this place and will not hesitate to come back.

Lovely host who was always contactable. Gave clear instructions, info and recommendations. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony and scenery. Close to a train station so it was quick and easy to get to the centre of town! Would recommend.

Upon arrival, it was unclear where to park, the area was closed to residents with a card. Random passerby could help us. (park along the street and definitely pay for parking ticket 3.5€ /24h.) The apartment was very nice and spacious, large terrace with beautiful views, large bedrooms, clean bathroom and kitchen. It was also very quiet during our stay. Easily accessible from the village center and from Utrecht. We had a very enjoyable stay. We also had a nice meal in 'het boothuys', a restaurant 200m from the app.

This is the second time we have stayed here, Astrid is an amazing host and super helpful ! The accommodation is great and lovely and clean , we will be back again I am sure.

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Very nice accommodation in wonderful surroundings. Our son was fascinated by the chicken coop and the pot-bellied pig that came to visit us outside at breakfast. The owner is very nice and gave us tips about the accommodation and the process. Our highlight was the view from the bedroom to the field and the outdoor whirlpool. The apartment is very clean, stylish and tastefully furnished, everything was there. The location is great, very close to Amsterdam and Utrecht. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, accessible by car. We are very satisfied and gladly recommend the accommodation. Kind regards

Just amazed with the place. My wife always wanted to get back to the comfortable home early during our visit. The host gave a clear instruction, very quick response as well as very kind welcome treatment for our delayed honeymoon. We absolutely loved the fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub and rooftop terrace where we had breakfast and dinner every night. 100% recommended.

We loved staying in this apartment. The area is a nice break away from the busier streets in the center of town yet we had so many options for food, drinks etc. really great coffee options all around the neighborhood. Loved to have the yard to hang out with our morning coffee. The market was really nice to explore. Would stay here again!

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

We lived at Frank's place for 3 nights, everything was as described, clean and orderly! The checkin was really nice, easy and he was flexible with the time👌 Nothing else to say that this was a perfect place to stay if you are interested in seeing Amsterdam. And if you want to make food there and have a relaxing evening, you have everything you need. So i will say that you can have a relaxing and safe stay at Frank's place! 10/10⭐️

Mariel's place is perfect for special occasions. I really enjoyed the amenities! It feels private in the apartment, as the building seems to exclude regular living spaces. There is another apartment alike on the same floor – the soundproofing in between is good, so I couldn't hear the neighbors. The host is very friendly, communicative, well-thought and intentional of the place, there were fresh flowers and only real plant in the apartment. The only inconvenience was the noise from lively traffic outside, since it's very close to the station – which is really convenient on one hand, but not as perfect in case of higher sensitivity issues. If you don't get overstimulated by sound – this place is perfect, as it's absolutely a rare gem.
