Great place! Private and peaceful. 10 minutes from a forest. 15 minute bus into city centre. Between city and nature. Perfect!

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, but still super quiet and peaceful. The place was very clean, cozy, and felt just like home. Walter was an amazing host, recommending fantastic local restaurant and helping us out right away when we had a small issue. Also, a big thank you for the welcome wine—it was such a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

The place was great and as per pictures. We had a wonderful time here. The place is awesome if you have your own car as the place is best accessible through private vehicle. If you have to travel through public transport then you will have to walk a lot its far from Amsterdam airport and central.

Our sisters' weekend was a success! A very nice location, Caroline and Kevin very hospitable. Great contact, quick response to questions! Wonderful house, equipped with all comforts and even a nice seat outside. Bike rental within walking distance and then off you go! In short, enjoy and, as far as we are concerned, highly recommended! Thank you for your hospitality!

A quiet and well equipped apartment in a lovely location on the edge of the park- long grass, yellow iris flowers and nice views. The walk to the station was easy- allow around 20mins, then frequent trains to the centre. Petra was helpful and responsive- thank you

Loved the place and location. So very lovely and peaceful ! Great location from the train station and village. Enjoyed using the bikes that were available to use! Nico was a very friendly host and enjoyed meeting him! The wine left in the fridge was a pleasant surprise!

Perfect accommodation, exactly as in the photos! Very clean, quiet, good location, close of everything. Judith was super nice, very welcoming, responsive and always available when needed. Anne-Marie was a superb welcoming host who met us at check in and provided some great advice for local restaurants. The place is very well decorated, which the photos do not do justice to. Finally, the village surrounds are absolutely stunning, and Anne-Marie's place is very well located with only a short stroll into the centre. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Anne-Marie's place.

Three-day stay, perfect location, great. The advantage is the free seats and nothing to complain about. We are very happy.

Great stay here in this apartment in a very nice area. Stayed for one month for a work visit and it was perfect. Airbnb is right next to a lovely peaceful canal, and has good cycle routes around. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend this place :)

There is a word in Danish that seems to be the most reflective of the feeling that I got in this space, and that word is Hygge. From the comfort of the space w/ good lighting, the amenities of comfort, or even just the general attitude of the family when I arrived. Etienne has catered a fantastic atmosphere and her host Marcia was kind and responsive in all communications. My only gripe is that this time I couldn't stay here longer, but I would be looking to this spot again should I return!

Good accommodation in your own small house near bus stop. The buses often went into town and took about 20 minutes. We had never been to Amsterdam before and were very delighted. Interesting beautiful buildings, many museums and nice restaurants and cafes.

Very friendly and responsive host! We were greeted with beautiful surprises, a personalized drink and some snacks! Impeccable accommodation, clean and tastefully decorated! The house itself, but above all the so great and lovingly designed garden, made us speechless for a moment. The garden is truly a dream! The house is also so great and cozy, there is enough space for 4 people (at the huge table even for 6), the kitchen and the bathroom are very well equipped and everything was very clean, which is why we felt very comfortable from the beginning and would have liked to stay longer than just 2 nights. The hosts were also very nice and accommodating:) 10/10

Loved my stay with Wiko. Having a huge bathtub, shower and a sauna 🎀was great after a long days walking in the rain. Very clean. All appliances work perfectly. Loved the birds in the morning. Only negative of this place. There is very very limited place to put your clothes or hang them. You are basically leaving the stuff in your suitcase . Notice: if you are a person with limited mobility, I would take a moment to ask the charming Wiko to put the linens on the bed. The clean linen is in the closet. Putting sheets on a twin bed (the middle part) might be a challenge for some.

We (m, 64 and f, 52) were there for 4 days and felt very comfortable. Niels lives next door, responds very quickly to messages / questions / problem reports, perfect! Niels is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and bright. Bus stop and supermarket are close, easy to reach on foot. Having your own parking space right at your doorstep is very convenient.

Very kind and super helpful. He also found us toys for our 18-month-old daughter that were very useful to entertain her! New studio apartment with all the comforts you could want on vacation! Friendly and always helpful host!! Highly recommended!

We stayed in the home for 2 weeks and just checked out yesterday. We definitely recommend this Hilversum home. The home is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. The home is spacious, clean, private and very comfortable. Hilversum, Netherlands is a nice quaint town with plenty of diverse restaurants, shopping stores and very insteresting walks. Plus, Amsterdam is only 20 minutes away via train from the Hilversum train station and France is only 4hrs away via train as well. If I were to move to Netherlands, Hilversum is where I would live. If you have small children and/or pets you will need a gate to block the stairs to the bedroom downstairs. The steps are very steep and a potential fall hazard.

I cannot recommend this place enough! It is a small apartment but it has everything you need. The wardrobe is so big, it could even fit my big travel backpack, big luggage, and small luggage next to my clothes. In general, I was very impressed by the equipment. It was by far the best equipped airbnb I have ever lived in. The location is lovely! You have supermarkets close by, the bus station right next to you and the poort and Ijmeer are in walking distance (great for watching the sunset). On top of that, Renato has been super kind, responding quickly, and has helped me a lot.

An amazing find! Frans’ place is so unique and beautiful. The boat is a fun adventure and Frans did a great tutorial for me. They were both super flexible and accommodating, and their son too. The little cottage is gorgeous and perfect for what we needed. Got amazing sleep on the island so peaceful. Very easy parking setup too for my rental car. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
