Apartment holiday rentals in Utrecht

We had a nice stay at Kris's place! Everything matched the description, and communication with them if needed is facilitated by the presence of a landline phone within the listing, directly related to theirs. The nearby tram (-10min walk) is also a great advantage to visit Utrecht. I'm just wondering about the need for the form to fill out upon arrival. Anyway, it's a good place at a great price!

What a wonderful spot in such a peaceful area. The flat was everything we needed and more. The personal touches we so nice and made us feel at home.

We had a wonderful stay in Utrecht. The apartment is great, in a very quiet location with a beautiful view of the garden. We did a lot of cycling, combining art, culture and nature. The train station is also very close and the beautiful Maxima Park is right on the doorstep. What else could you ask for? Many thanks to Petra

Marjan's place is exceptional, exactly as described and shown in the photos of the listing. It was extremely clean and super cozy, we felt at home. Marjan was very attentive and there were several tips for restaurants and tours available. The location is not close to the center of Amsterdam (40 minutes by car or 1h-1h30 by public transport), however, it was not a problem.

Nice and unique appartment with great hosts. Tailor-made for a stay with kids (a lot to explore and discover). Very well equiped kitchen (nothing was missing). Located in a quiet and cozy area in the suburb of Utrecht (train/bus connections around the corner). We really enjoyed our stay!

We had 3 wonderful weeks in Weidezicht. The guest house feels private due to the enclosed terrace. The kitchen is conveniently separated in the studio and the high ceiling makes it feel very spacious. Everything is taken care of to the last detail and cozily furnished. Annemarie is a nice hostess who responds quickly. In short, recommended!

An absolute gem of a find, clean, absolutely beautiful inside (even better than the photos!) and fully stocked with everything you would need. We spent five weeks here feeling grateful for the beautiful interior and the huge park nearby. Easy to walk to shops, parks and into the station or there is plenty of buses. Bed was very comfortable, the couch and lounge perfect and the balcony is a wonderful big space. The kitchen is fully stocked and very big, we cooked everyday and found it had all we needed and more. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. Every interaction we had was just lovely. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay with my two dogs. There is a park nearby which is really beautiful and you can also visit the castle by foot. Other then that you're everywhere rather quickly by car so it was perfect for our weekend stay. Can really recommend!

It was a great location to stay, the amenities allowed for a pleasant stay and the location is ideal to go visit the nearby cities

This place is quirky - just like we expected Fabulous to sit out and chill on the canal - right outside of the property This property is very traditional so do not expect sleek modern finishes in all areas It was an amazing traditional visit

We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the proximity to the animals. Gerline and her husband are great hosts and the accommodation is perfect as a starting point for excursions. Everything is available in the accommodation itself and nothing is missing, it was very clean and well maintained. Communication with Gerline was smooth and straightforward.

We had a great time in Naarden and enjoyed the space to explore the surrounding areas, had some proper night sleeps with our little one and can recommend it. Great Airbnb and great host as part of our trip across the Netherlands.

Very nice accommodation in wonderful surroundings. Our son was fascinated by the chicken coop and the pot-bellied pig that came to visit us outside at breakfast. The owner is very nice and gave us tips about the accommodation and the process. Our highlight was the view from the bedroom to the field and the outdoor whirlpool. The apartment is very clean, stylish and tastefully furnished, everything was there. The location is great, very close to Amsterdam and Utrecht. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, accessible by car. We are very satisfied and gladly recommend the accommodation. Kind regards

The host was super friendly and helpful with everything. We had an excellent and pleasant stay, and we felt right at home. If we had to return to the city of Utrecht, we would be happy to return to the host Utku's house. Super comfortable and perfect house. Thank you for everything!! Goodbye.

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.
