The coach house is located on the outskirts of Lunteren and is therefore an ideal base for hiking and/or cycling. The forest is 80 meters away. Many birds, also owls, squirrels and you can see regularly deer! Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, light a fire at Zwiethouse, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. Our spacious studio of approximately 43 m² is located on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Oudewater and in the middle of the peatland area of the green heart. The studio is a wonderful space to relax for a weekend and enjoy nature, but also a nice place to stay longer and discover the surrounding cities. The studio includes 2 bicycles with which you can reach the supermarket in 2 minutes and in about 5 minutes you are in the picturesque center of Oudewater with delicious restaurants.

De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.
