Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

Nice, clean, comfortable condo. Area was quiet and peaceful. Communication was exact, timely and informative. At Pawleys Island to visit friends so only at condo at night. Did not use golf course nor amenities. Would stay at this condo again.

What a beautiful home! We loved our stay here and will definitely stay here again. Everything in the listing was accurate. The setting is GORGEOUS. We walked and walked on the beach every day. Although there were many amenities close by, our home was so beautiful that we didn't want to leave.

We love Pawley’s—if you haven’t been it’s hard to put it into perspective. The condo was nice and the pictures accurately depicted the space & amenities. Communication was good and ongoing throughout the time leading to our trip. We really enjoyed the experience but hope we will be homeowners at Pawley’s on our next trip.
