A breathtaking view of the northern Bohemian hills, immersed in the most authentic Czech countryside. A few steps from the woods, our guests can enjoy a private SPA and wellness. From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage.

Nabízíme k pronájmu mobilheim s možností parkování v krásné přírodě Kokořínska. Mobilheim je možno pronajmout pro 2 - 6 osob. K dispozici je s vlastníky možné využití bazénu či možnost grilování. Nádherná okolní příroda, množství kulturních a přírodních zajímavostí jako hrad Kokořín, Houska, Bezděz, Pokličky, Máchovo jezero, historické centrum Mělníka, muzeum aut v Mladé Bol. Unser Haus mit 2 Ferienwohnungen befindet sich auf einem ca. 2000 qm grossem Grundstück in ruhiger Lage am Waldrand, direkt am bekannten Malerweg. In ca. 600 m erreichen Sie den Elberadweg, die Fähranlegestelle, das Erlebnisbad und Gaststätten. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Wanderungen, Radtouren, ebenso für Besuche von Burgen und Schlössern sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten. In ca. 500 m befindet sich die S-Bahnstation "Stadt Wehlen". Von hier aus sind Sie in 30 Min. in der Kulturstadt Dresden.

Urlaub im liebevoll restaurierten Bauernhaus

Die 65 m2 große Wohnung bietet eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, ein modernes Bad mit Dusche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einer Einzelliege, ein 2. Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten sowie ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit 10 m2 großem Balkon. Auf Wunsch kann ein Babybett (15 € pro Aufenthalt) bereitgestellt werden. Die Fußbodenheizung und eine automatische Raumbelüftung (mit Pollenfilter) sorgen ganzjährig für ein behagliches Klima. Decken und Fußböden bestehen überwiegend aus Holz.

Die Ferienwohnung mit 74 m² ist eine maisonette Wohnung mit Flur, Wohnstube, 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Badezimmer und großem Balkon. Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon oder im Außenbereich möglich (Nichtraucherwohnung). Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein großer Garten mit Pool/Poolhaus (saisonal nutzbar) und Feuer- und Grillplatz. Garage sowie Carport vorhanden. WLAN, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort, Nutzung des Kaminzimmers nach Rücksprache möglich.

Im Zentrum des Osterzgebirges liegt unsere großzügige, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die möbilierte Terrasse mit Pool und Holzkohlegrill lädt zum Entspannen ein. In der Ferienwohnung finden Sie des weiteren einen Kicker, ein Dart, Spiele und für die Kleinen diverses Spielzeug. Kostenloses W-LAN ist in allen Bereichen verfügbar. Objekt se skládá ze dvou pater. Spodní část tvoří prostorný obývací pokoj s kuchyňskou linkou a dominantním krbem. Dále jedna ložnice . Koupelna se sprchovým koutem a WC. Technická místnost s kombinovanou pračkou. Druhé patro se skládá ze tří ložnic a druhé koupelny.
