Awesome property ! The pool was amazing & so close to the beach & everything else we needed !

This place was a 10 out of 10. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. The house has everything you need for your stay from plates and dishes to shampoo and conditioner. Everything was clean, and beds were very comfortable. The indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system was an added bonus. Appliances were all new as well. Excellent stay!!

The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and well-maintained — even better than the photos! Backyard was private and full options. Anika was incredibly responsive and made the entire stay seamless and enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing retreat, yet it’s also just a short drive away from many popular attractions, restaurants, and shops. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location is perfect—just a quick 5-minute drive to the beach, so you can easily enjoy the ocean without the hassle of being too far away. The place itself was incredibly clean and had a private, peaceful vibe in the backyard that made it feel like a true retreat. It was the ideal spot to unwind and relax. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this home. Our favorite part of the stay was that the pool was always clean and beautiful. This is important to us and really made our vacation great to be able to spend so much time outside! Harry and team were very proactive & responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There is quite a bit close by. It was a longer drive to Mizner Park and Downtown Boca than what we expected but just planned accordingly. It is very close to Boca Town Center. Two pets were allowed and our pups really had a wonderful time! We would stay here again! By far the nicest pool experience we have had and one of the top hosts!

First off, Michael was very responsive when the tub handle was off in the primary bathtub (amazing tub by the way). Plumber came out and fixed it the next day. Michael is quick to respond and very helpful. Will say the surrounding area is for sure older and a little run down but it’s close and convenient to the beach, restaurants (7 minute drive or less) and convenient to Boca Raton where my family is. Now for the house. It was perfect. In total we had 3 adults, a 3 year old and 5 month old. We had plenty of room for all of us. The house is clean and beautiful inside. The primary shower and tub were top notch. The backyard is perfect. The pool is great and the hut is awesome to relax in at night. Small detail but the TVs are all large, great TVs in each bedroom, great touch. All in all, I will 100% stay there again.

Our stay at the Sunshine Villa was very nice! We traveled with our toddler and had plenty of space for all of us. The home had a pack and play (which we did not use) and a high chair available to us, which is really helpful! The hosts were kind and made sure we had what we needed. Pros: - very good location, close to shopping, ton of restaurants - the pool was clean, warm, and very well maintained. - the screened in porch was essential! We were able to play “outside” with our toddler without worry of bugs, sunburn, or any pool-related risks. - every bedroom has a ceiling fan - coffee options: there was a coffee pot, a Keurig, and an electric kettle - home was very inviting and cozy Call outs (not cons): - weak water pressure - kitchen didn’t have some helpful items (foil, black pepper) - no vent fan over the stove - couldn’t find the cord to the vacuum. Host sent us a new vacuum to use within 24 hours! Overall, it was a great stay! Would definitely visit again.

This Airbnb is truly worth six stars. The home was absolutely beautiful, it was private, it was secured, incredibly cozy, and perfectly clean. The amenities were fabulous and everything was in perfect working order. Kristina had all of the rules and other helpful tips and suggestions posted on the walls for easy access. The heated pool was wonderful and the space offered a comfy vibe with so much attention to detail. I have genuinely never been happier with an Airbnb. I travel often and this is without a doubt the best place I have ever stayed. I will attempt to book this Airbnb exclusively from now on and anyone reading this absolutely should as well. We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to pop over anytime we wanted. The pool and patio area were absolutely wonderful; we spent a lot of time relaxing outside, whether swimming, lounging, or enjoying meals in the fresh air. The house itself is super well-stocked with everything you could need for a long vacation. From kitchen essentials to beach gear and even little extras we didn’t expect, it really felt like a home away from home. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making sure guests are comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had the best stay at Talita’s place! My husband and I took our 2 sons, 2 nephews and my sister/brother in law on a trip to celebrate our oldest graduating from high school. We chose Talita’s place for the beautiful outdoor space. The pool was amazing, one of our nephews spent every possible moment fishing off the dock, we enjoyed meals at the outdoor dining table, and the adults enjoyed lattes (made with the incredible espresso machine) in the covered seating space every morning. The beds were so comfortable, and the rooms were lovely. Talita was amazing. So responsive and helpful. I can’t recommend this stay enough. We will definitely be back.

House was perfect for our nice little weekend getaway. Our kids loved having a pool, a game room, and even a playground in the side yard! The house is really open with bedrooms set far enough apart to allow a very quiet stay! Great home!

We had a great stay! So peaceful and quiet in the complex. Great porch for breakfast, quiet reading or resting….and a lovely pool at the community center! Clean, warm, quiet. This property was easy to commute to Deerfield Beach and general Boca Raton locations. I’d stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nicely decorated, felt like home and comfortable. The temperature of the house was perfect. The pool is beautiful and private. This house fully met our expectations and we would stay here again in the future. The kitchen was nicely decorated, large and stocked well with pots, pans, utensils and kitchen appliances.

The property was gorgeous and exactly as pictured! It was clean and private. We LOVED the Tiki bar and spent so much time out back. Relaxing and beautiful!

Thoroughly enjoyed this comfortable and spacious house. Very enjoyable walk to the beach access and nearby Pier 6 was great to walk on and then enjoy the live band entertainment and have drinks and/or something to eat after enjoying time at the beach. Lots of good shopping nearby as well.

We—my brother, his partner, and daughter came over from Marco Island to spend just one night in Boca Raton. We had a great dinner at Chops Lobster and saw a great band at The Funky Biscuit (Crazy Fingers). There is great place for a healthy breakfast and really good coffee just a short jaunt away called Seeds. The house was in a nice neighborhood. But that's about all I can say. It was a quick trip. Perfect for our needs and Alex let us check in early because the place was ready. Thanks Alex!
