Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

The lovingly newly renovated vacation home is located near the Roxheimer Altrhein and has 5 rooms, on 110 square meters, with fitted kitchen and bathroom. Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Ferienhaus Lenchen

Haus Lenchen is a detached holiday home in the sunny Niederkirchen near Deidesheim. It was built in 1956 on the former outskirts of the Palatinate village as a small farm with stables, a large hay store and wine barrels in the basement. In 2020, it was renovated by the son of the builder in a modern way and created as a holiday home. The rear courtyard, where the chicken coop used to stand, has become a comfortable courtyard with a seating area, sun loungers and an e-grill.

Our barrier-free "vacation home with a dream view" of the Rhine plain is located on a 950 sqm fenced hillside property at an altitude of 300 m. It is located on the eastern edge of the Unesco Biosphere Reserve Palatinate Forest - North Vosges on the Haardt of the Southern Wine Route. Neustadt an der Weinstraße Living with a view

Small pretty house on the edge of the picturesque old town of Neustadt an der Weinstraße. The house has two bedrooms, a living room with TV, a large bathroom and a lovingly and fully equipped kitchen-living room. From the bedrooms and the spacious terrace you have a beautiful view of the Palatinate Forest. Some of the hiking trails are directly accessible from the house. The apartment at the almond blossom is located in the center of beautiful Gimmeldingen. In 1718, the apartment was formerly built as a bakery, which was then last renovated in 2017. The Laurentiuskirch from the 1200s is located in the center of Gimmeldingen. The light-flooded apartment offers a cozy atmosphere with space for couples, families and business travelers.

Pfalzfreude Winery in Hainfeld

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
