The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Whether you are visiting as a couple, family or a group of ten, we hope you find it as welcoming and peaceful as we do.

Etage, kein Aufzug) wurde vor kurzem vollständig saniert und ist mit hochwertigem Mobilar ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafsofa), ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60 breit, 2 Matratzen), einer Küche und einem Bad mit Dusche. Das Apartmentgebäude selbst ist gepflegt, wenn auch schon etwas "in die Jahre gekommen". Bringst du einen Hund mit, ist dieser sehr willkommen.

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is a space miracle on 35 square meters with a separate bedroom including dressing room, a living room with sofa bed as well as a small kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail and a double bed (180 x 200) with separate mattresses and toppers awaits you. The apartment can accommodate 2-3 people and your small pet is also welcome.

Our vacation home is located far away from noise and hustle and bustle, in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and directly on the German Wine Route. On the ground floor there is a living and dining area with a small well-equipped kitchen and a shower room. The first floor has 2 separate bedrooms for up to 4 people, each with two beds. The house has a terrace with direct access to the garden.
