From the moment we arrived, we felt safe and welcomed. The building has fantastic 24/7 security — always warm, smiling, and ready to help. You enter through a stunning, Asian-inspired courtyard framed by towering brutalist facades, and take a private elevator straight to the apartment. Tucked on a quiet street in Condesa, the apartment is just a short walk to Parque Espana and countless excellent shops, cafés, and restaurants — or a quick, affordable Uber to the busier boutique strips. Inside, the space is spotless, well air-conditioned, and incredibly comfortable. Stay with Scarlet. You won’t regret it.

I had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was definitely the view—it was absolutely stunning and made the space feel even more special. Check-in was smooth, and everything I needed was available. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and relaxing place to stay.

This apartment is pretty and remarkably well-maintained. The place is thoughtfully equipped and has everything a guest might need during their stay. Veronica is an excellent host. Overall, I was very happy with this experience.

We had a great stay at Carla’s place in Roma Norte. The location was perfect; quiet but close to many highlights in CDMX. Communication was fast and clear throughout. We had a small issue with the hot water, but it was resolved quickly. The late check-out was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend!

Location, location, location!!! I specifically chose to stay in Coyoacán because I was in town for Frida Kahlo. I wanted to be as close as possible to her Blue House Museum, her park, the huge market, plenty of vegan restaurants and bakeries (since I was also celebrating my birthday) as well as several of the other museums all within 10 minutes walking in any direction. I was very happy with how residential and quiet the neighborhood is. If you go during the rainy season (there was light rain and wonderful thunder each evening typically between 5p-7p) expect the electricity to go out. I really enjoyed the decor in the apartment because it made me happy to see all of the colors as well as traditional Mexican art, a beautiful Alebrijes peacock as well as the framed photographs on the walls. Made it very authentic. Everything one could possibly need was available. Loved enjoying my tea every morning on the balcony with such gorgeous bougainvillea flowers. You won’t be disappointed!

Great location. Lots of restaurants and small stores within walking distance. 2 subway stations very near. The concierge was helpful and nice. Looks like in the pictures, very clean. The only downside is some of the neighbors: one of them smokes cigars and it can be at night or during the day, others won't control their dogs when they are barking, other one plays very loud music for half a day. The apartment is great otherwise. The host is very communicative and great overall.

Lorena was a great host. The place was exactly as it appeared in the photos and the few times I needed to communicate with her, she responded almost immediately. The neighborhood is great, very walkable with tons to do. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

I had a great long stay here with my dog. The studio is spacious and very comfortable for one person. I especially enjoyed the private garden — it was lovely to have fresh air and a peaceful spot to relax. The neighborhood is vibrant, with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to supermarkets. It’s also walkable to a dog park, which was important for my pup. The host and her partner are incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. I felt at home right away and would definitely come back!

This was a fantastic stay. Giordana was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful from the moment we booked through the end of our stay. She made everything easy and seamless, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is in a great location—right in the heart of the city, with tons of local flavor all around. My girlfriend and I had no trouble finding restaurants, street food vendors, and interesting things to do, all within walking distance. One of the main reasons I chose this Airbnb over a hotel was for the space, and it absolutely delivered. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. The only minor downside was a neighbor’s dog that barked all day, but that’s just part of city life. It didn’t significantly impact our stay, and of course it’s not something Giordana could control. If you're choosing to stay in an urban area—especially one this central—some ambient noise is to be expected. Thanks Giordana!

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! This is my all time favorite stay ever! We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 4 days and we miss it already. The home is located in a famous alleyway but was very peaceful and secluded. Many shops, restaurants, and cafes in the surrounding area, most of which are walking distance. The location was perfect as it was very close to a mega grocery store and near a beautiful town square. The home itself had absolutely everything needed and the most spacious bedroom ever! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the living room and the patios. Perfect getaway!!

Highly recommendable. there is a super friendly and helpful guard staff 24/7. always there to open the door... tjey make the place feel safe, even though the neighborhood is an already safe area (or at least this is how we felt it). Patricia made sure to have heaters in each room which helped a lot. Has a fully equipped kitchen, even though there are plenty of taco places and restaurants in the area. there is also a very fancy gourmet supermarket just 50meters from the apartment. Overall a great experience. if we go back, we will definitely stay there again (or try at least).

Excelente alojamiento, gran vista, muy limpio y lindo. Ofrecen detalles que hacen la diferencia. Recomiendo la ubicación también, al estar en el centro el ruido y tránsito es normal, pero el edificio es muy seguro.

Totalmente recomendable... El departamento está bien ubicado y en zona tranquila. La limpieza es alta y el mantenimiento que tiene es constante. Siempre José, estuvio atento a nosotros por cualquier cosa. Tal cual las fotos de la publicación, es lo que te encuentras. Lugares cercanos a dónde ir caminando. Ropa de cama limpia y sin olores extraños. Muchas Felicidades José!!!

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful apartment with lovely decorations and all the necessary amenities. Adrián was proactive in communicating with us about check in and made sure he was around to let us in. He gave us tips and recommendations and was available for any questions we may have along the way. The apartment was off the main Street so very quiet but close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be staying here on our next visit to CDMX!
