It offers two bedrooms (double bed / 2 single beds) on 70 sqm, a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and a large bathroom. Boke is an idyllic village located directly on the Lippe with about 2500 inhabitants. It is known as Lippegolddorf because of its beauty. In the village there is a bakery, a butcher and a supermarket with all the things you need every day.

The guest area with its own bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the extension of a quiet rest farm just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Arrive and feel good: this exceptional apartment provides a very special vacation atmosphere. Like a house in a house, the apartment "Pauline" with separate entrance area and a terrace in the countryside is within walking distance of the Externsteine. On the first floor, in addition to the kitchen and guest toilet, there is a spacious living and dining area, from which you can access the two bedrooms and the spacious bathroom on the second floor.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

On the northern outskirts of the city of Rheda-Wiedenbrück you will find our apartment, idyllically located between fields on a quiet farm complex with large old trees - our 32 oaks! The apartment, 45 square meters, is a gallery apartment with a cozy, fully equipped kitchen. Up in the gallery is a 1.80 m double bed. The living area on the first floor has a sofa bed (for 2 people) and a bathroom. The apartment also has a small terrace.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
