A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Beautiful apartment on the third floor (attic floor) of a monumental canal house in the city center of Delft, quietly located opposite the canal boats. The central station is a five-minute walk away, shops and delicious restaurants are a stone's throw away. The attic floor is complete and tastefully luxuriously furnished, a kitchen, shower, toilet. The picturesque canal house does not have an elevator, unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

Bij Florijn is an authentic B&B in the beautiful historic center of Delft. We started the B&B, named after our first son, to let everyone enjoy this beautiful city, as we do every day! There are numerous cafes and restaurants, many cultural discoveries and above all a fantastic historical atmosphere. In the middle of the historic center of Delft is our monumental building located. In the attic this spacious studio is fully furnished. A private bathroom and kitchen are provided. Please note!! You have to climb 3 steep stairs to get to your apartment. We are not always personally present to help with large suitcases. Because of this it is not suitable for people who have difficulties walking.
