Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Demi-Quartier

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Very comfortable, pleasant, well soundproofed and well equipped mazot. The terrace is enjoyed in the shade of the trees, which is very pleasant in hot weather. Olly was a most caring host. Le Mazot is very well placed to discover the protected reserve of Contamines-Montjoie and head towards the Bionassay glacier.

Very good welcome in this haven of peace. The place is quiet, in the greenery. The smoking room is well arranged and tastefully decorated. A lovely terrace allows you to enjoy your meal while taking in the incredible view of the plain. I really enjoyed this stay, ideal for recharging. A big thank you to Soraya.

Fantastic house Very cozy, big, comfortable, big, super clean, renovated showers, it was really the best house I have ever rented! Above expectations! Will certainly return, and I warmly recommend this house!

A beautiful house, with an even more beautiful view. Exactly as in the picture. Fine beds, a lovely shower and all amenities were there. The children could sleep well with all the blackout options. Antoine always responded very quickly and made us feel like no question was too crazy. All the toys that were present made it a party for the children, especially do not bring too much yourself. Antoine even lent us a few sledges that we had a lot of fun all week with! There were 2 little things that are good to consider with little kids: The end of the garden has no deposit and runs down a slope. We were able to explain it to our 1.5 year old. The ball was quickly lost, but could be picked up again:). There is nothing to walk from the house because of its location against the mountain. That gives an amazing view, but you do everything by car. Good to keep in mind if you come with 1 car. Thanks Antoine!

We had a perfect stay at the cottage - very cozy and looks exactly like the photos. It is extremely clean and well maintained, the views are stunning and the hosts very responsive. Already looking at coming back again next year as we loved it so much. Thank you so much!! x

very friendly and welcoming hosts. Nice apartment in a good location in the city center with free parking in the basement very close. Many shops, restaurants are nearby, so you can do anything by foot. Nearby there are many signs for many activities to discover beautiful landscapes.

We are delighted with our stay: the accommodation is beautiful, very clean, well-equipped, you feel good as soon as you enter! Top rental for a family stay, everything is planned even for children. Jean Jacques is a very friendly and caring host. We have rented a lot of accommodation, this one will remain in our memory both for the accommodation and for the kindness of its owner and we will return with pleasure because the only difficulty we had was leaving it! Had a great time, super Airbnb for staying a couple of days in Megève. Arrived late and was easy to find and acces. Really recommend especially with a fully ecquiped kitchen and a nice spa. Thank you for the stay.

A great beautiful home central to everything in Chamonix. Easy to walk from bus and train and the views out the back windows were the best. Loved the cozy feel of the house and kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Highly recommend.

Gwen's place is even nicer than the pictures look. Lovely bedrooms, nice kitchen / lounging area and fireplace. Also very conveniently located to the slopes! Less than a 1k walk. They were also able to set us up with ski rental that was extremely convenient.

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

A great experience, Fabrice had everything ready for us. My parents spent two unforgettable days on this small farm. The supermarket is close by, and it's more convenient if you have a car — we finally opted for the taxi. I would recommend this lovely little spot to anyone!

Great welcome and very nice house. Aurélie is very responsive and accommodating. The house is very clean and well appointed. The garden is very pleasant even if close to the busy road. We recommend it and will come back if we come back to the area!
