A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. The house is located 50 meters from the tomb of the famous poet Emile Verhaeren. Every day, the tides, the countless bird species and the beautiful nature provide various scenes. The landscape never gets boring. Walks, bike rides along the Scheldt, cozy terraces, delicious restaurants and sailing with the ferry: all this is Sint-Amands.

This pleasant duplex is located a stone's throw from the Basilica, on the 3rd floor of a small building without elevator.
