Holiday rentals with a patio in Denison

The place was nice and clean, very inviting. The host was friendly and personable. When we rented the pontoon boat, he went and docked it for us, then, when we were ready to leave the water, he came back and picked us up. I would stay here again.

Wasn’t anything extraordinary, But served its purpose. Clean, quiet for the most part. Only a TV in the living room, But it was worth the price. I’d stay again.

This unit is absolutely stunning! I only wish my own home felt this comfortable and beautifully decorated. The views from both the living room and patio are so peaceful and serene — truly a perfect setting to relax and unwind. The owners were fantastic to work with, offering great recommendations for local activities. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful and charming space nestled in a quiet gated community. Space was beautiful and elegant and matched the description and photos to a tee. Price for a night was well within reasonable compared to those around with same amenities wanting twice or 3x as much for one night. I will definitely stay here again. Truly worth the buy and experience.

Jimmy and Ryan’s home was perfect for our group. Beds for everyone, and only 3 minutes away from where we left for our guided fishing trip. Their place also has a great outdoor area where we could all hang out and play games while we fried up our fish. The house is super nice and clean, and feels very private. Would definitely stay here again!

I will absolutely stay here again. Loved the decor. The bed was very comfortable. I don’t do a hard mattress. This was soft but not overly soft. Pillows were perfect and linens were awesome. Um, jacuzzi in the bathroom!! Yes! Over all great accommodations. All living areas are upstairs. There is a living area downstairs where you enter! I hope to be back soon!

Sara went out of her way to accommodate us when we had an emergency and had to come to Texas. The house was spotless. Everything was great. The price was great. Everything was stocked shampoos laundry soap, everything for the kitchen very nice house very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay there again five star for sure.

Beautiful home, love the screen porch with the lake view, perfect for morning coffee or unwind with your evening drink of choice while watching the sunset. Completely furnished and very well stocked home. Very private. Beds are comfortable. Host is extremely responsive Highly recommend..

Such a cute place! The interior decor was excellent, nice appliances (even had a washer & dryer available), great instructions. She literally thought of everything to make your stay special! I actually felt like I was staying at a family member’s place because it was so comfortable and had everything I might need at my fingertips! I will definitely be staying here each time I go to see my grandbabies! Even my 7 yo grandson said, “Wow, this is a nice house!”. Thank you Tabatha for making our stay so wonderful!

It was a great place to stay for a few days! Inside and outside of the place is beautiful! Erica was a great person to go through, she also gave us some recommendations on restaurants and things to do around Denison! Nicks family restaurant was the best breakfast I have had in a long time! The place was very clean and quiet! Thank you!

My large family stayed here June 2025 and it was PERFECT for us! The house easily accomodated a large group, with an plenty of parking, an open floorplan, and lots of seating downstairs (living room/kitchen area), outside (back porch), and in the garage game room. There were quite a few bugs outside so we did not utilize the hot tub, firepit area, or upstairs balcony; however, the shuffle board, pool table, and darts kept us busy late into the night. We loved our stay here! Downstairs there is 1 bedroom with a king bed and large master bathroom. There is also 1/2 bath downstairs. Upstairs includes the other 3 bedrooms (1 king bed) (2 queen beds) (4 twin beds) which share 1 full bathroom. As expected, there are challenges with 10 people sharing 1 bathroom; however, the hosts made the most of the space with a small vanity/desk area in the hallway. Overall, we loved the cuteness, cleanliness, and comfortability of the space. We would definitely stay again!

We felt like we were at home period we live in the country, and this was just like being out there period quiet, peaceful, just loved it. The room was awesome! We had the place to ourselves and felt like. We were home where it's quiet and peaceful.
