Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Denver

I cannot speak positively enough about our experience staying at Cathy and Ed’s wonderful home. Everything was absolutely perfect. The home was beautifully appointed, incredibly clean, and so peaceful. The kitchen has all you could ever want, the beds are so comfortable, and the large master suite is spacious and with a beautiful bathroom. Cathy and Ed have thought of everything, and Cathy could not have been more responsive, kind, and helpful. My wife and I look forward to returning very soon!

Very beautiful vintage home. The cottage is right at the center of all the scenic and fun places in Denver. The house itself was clean, peaceful and had plenty of amenities. I stayed at this place even though i lived in the denver area, but never right in downtown. it was really cool to be a tourist in my own city and have this “at home” experience.

We stayed for a month so we could be in town for the birth of our first grandchild who lives a block down the street. It felt just like home, and we were sad to leave. The backyard was beautifully landscaped. The kitchen was bright and open. The bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. Can’t wait until our next visit!

Glad we chose the place to stay because everything is not too far for what we wanted to go do and explore! Would recommend to others who come visit Denver as well!!

My family of six adults stayed here for a wedding weekend. The rooms were all decent size and there were enough utensils, cups, and towels for the whole family. This is an older home with steep stairs to the 2nd level and the basement, but it was fine for us. The bathrooms were small but functional. The place was easy to find, and Victoria was responsive and helpful to let us check in early. It is a quiet neighborhood about 5-10 minutes from strip mall dining and shopping, but we were only in town for the wedding and not for sightseeing in downtown Denver. When we did go downtown, it was about a 30 minute drive without major traffic. One small issue we had was a beeping smoke detector that required new batteries, and Victoria's husband came to check in a few hours later to ensure everything was resolved. Overall, this was a nice place to rest our heads for our trip.

My friends and I had a fabulous time and stay there, we love the atmosphere and the view to the backyard is absolutely incredible. If you have any questions, JOHN answers very quickly. His accommodation was excellent!

We had a great stay at Andy’s home! Incredibly unique layout, tons of fun, amazing artwork and personal effects which made it feel special! Would def recommend and stay here again! Thank you!! 🙏 🙌

Julie is a great host! She had the place ready well before check-in. She communicated promptly and the location was fantastic. Easy to get around, close to downtown, walkable to restaurants!

I loved my stay at Erica's & Brianna's. They were very responsive to my needs and requests for recommendations. The location is walkable to a little grocery store, some restaurants and cafés, etc. The apartment was just as listed and had some thoughtful touches (sunscreen in the bathroom, hand lotion by the sink). I used the kitchen a lot and thought it was perfect for a short stay. This is a basement apartment as listing says, so be prepared to go down a short set of stairs to get to the space, however there are some windows to help with the basement feel. Overall, excellent stay for a great price. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in the RiNO area!

Travis and wendee are by far the best hosts we’ve had so far very responsive respectful and friendly hosts 5/5 very private and homey! The location is close to local restaurants and places near the University district and downtown is only 15 minutes away! Will book again in the future

This is my favorite place to stay in Arvada. Jessica‘s place has a comfortable bed, full kitchen and is in a great neighborhood.

Great spot! Very walkable neighborhood and great shops near by. Make sure you have all THREE lock codes before trying to get in. After I figured out the place had THREE lock codes I felt very safe. Apartment is also a lot bigger than pictured so that’s a plus.

I had a wonderful 2.5 week stay at Sandra's place on the lake. I used to live in the area, so I was familiar with a lot of things. She was very friendly and responsive and answered texts immediately. The place was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a lengthy stay. She even had a very comfortable Murphy bed in the living room as an added sleeping space when two of us were there. The available laundry area was much appreciated. Oh, and the extra little starter-pack goodies (snacks, dish soap, laundry soap, flip flops, etc.) were very thoughtful. It was a safe area too. I will be back!

This is a great place to stay in Wash Park. It was very walkable and close to restaurants. The apartment itself self was very clean and comfy. The bed was very comfortable. Ben was a great host and very responsive.

This was such a fun place to stay - the speakeasy theme made it unique, but it was still very comfortable and inviting. The beds were extremely comfy and made for a great night's sleep. Our son had baseball games in downtown Denver, and this location was perfect for that - the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, yet very close to all the downtown attractions. Also, the communication from Zac and Lisa was excellent - they stayed in touch and provided all necessary information in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Jimmy’s home was the perfect getaway/escape from the city while still being very close to everything! He was a top notch host and was very accommodating. It was a nice reset from reality. 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Dee’s while in town for graduation. The house is lovely, with everything we could need. The rooms were very comfortable. Luckily, the weather was beautiful so we spent most of the time enjoying the garden. The neighborhood is quiet, close to walking paths and convenient to CU. Overall, a perfect stay for a family gathering.

Very enjoyable stay. I loved the location being right across the street from Washington Park. John was an exceptional host.

We used this Airbnb for our wedding party the night before and night of our wedding and everyone was extremely comfortable. We made lots of memories at the axe range and on the gorgeous upper patio next to the fire pit, you can see so many stars up there!!! Warren was very sweet and responsive, we actually got to meet him the day we checked in! Very nice guy. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb for any event near conifer or pine. It was the perfect retreat for my now husband and all of our closest friends. The beds are also super comfy 👍🏻
